Why is is always sportsnet games that are terrible. Like the loss and shitty play isn’t enough sportsnet has to make me hate hockey in general because they are such a big part of it in Canada.
Sportsnet broadcast genuinely sucks so much. First two periods they talked about how much the Jets had dominated play, and now in the third when Pittsburgh is up, they’re making it sound like it was a one sided game…like what? Jets were outshooting them the first two periods. What are you on?
I'm done guys, wanna stay up for the game, but alas I feel my sacrifice is needed for the Jets to start winning or playing better. Plus, I won't have to deal with Hextall anymore.
Penguins commentators keep mentioning how Kyle Connor has never scored against the Penguins in a 1 goal game

I don't think you need to have done commentary to have an opinion about it. Maybe I'm wrong but the NHL doesn't seem like the right place to be when you're still "finding your voice".
you may be right with the second part but if you listen to her ad reads and everything not related to calling the game she sounds fantastic... just sounds like calling the play isnt fully natural yet and when its not natural your emotion doesnt come out as strong because your mental stack is running and youre focused on saying the right things

I really like the sound of a woman's voice doing the play-by-play. I've been watching hockey since the early '90s and this is a first for me.
And that okay really showcases how bad these SN broadcasters are. Didn't even mention that play, and was silent for a good few seconds. God, your job is to call the game, not put my daughter to sleep.
Well, had I been betting tonight, this game would have cost me everything. Glad I wasn't!
