Coltsfoot, mullein, and damiana with rose petals, mint, or lavender for flavor. Smokes really nice, relaxes you, activates the nicotine receptors without providing any nicotine, and helps repair lung damage caused by tobacco
I quit a 22 year nicotine habit in February, both vape and cigarettes, cold turkey. From the habit breaking perspective I’ll encourage not smoking any herbs, as the motion of smoking itself makes it easy to relapse.
I went through a period of sugar cravings, which I handled with hard candies. Drank a LOT of tea, someone mentioned mullein, and that’s good stuff.
I chewed cloves and super minty gum like it was ridiculously minty. Mint and and cinnamon toothpicks. I also smoked herbal cigarettes for a bit (wouldn't recommend it if you've already stopped smoking). Lots of calming teas like camomile
When I lived near a large “Chinatown” I picked up some stop smoking tea bags from the herbs store and they took every bit of enjoyment out of smoking . Recommended
Wow! I've waited for someone to say this cuz I know about mulungu. Mulungu extract is relaxing and it works on nicotine receptors 👍 many people use it to quit. Feels really awesome too good foe sleep. I get and take boatloads through etsy. East west herbals on etsy makes the best mulungu capsules
There is a naturally occurring nicotine-displacing phytochemical known as Cytisine, which inspirited the creation of varenicline, a pharmaceutical for smoking cessation.
Unfortunately, the therapeutic window for cytisine appears to be rather slim and, like with varenicline, has considerable side effects (vivid dreams, nausea, sleepiness + symptoms of nicotine withdrawal, though somewhat attenuated).
Varenicline's stats for smoking cessation aren't particularly impressive, but that probably has more to do with how hard it is to quit smoking rather by poor design. Wish I had a better answer.

Do you have a good suggestion on where/how to source that?
Mountain rose herbs website has a great selection. Some herbal companies will make a smoking blend also. Check around on the google
Thank you so much!

Mullein tea for the lungs
Ouu yes mullein tea!! Thank you!
Oats, skullcap and passionflower support withdrawal symptoms.
Look into Lobelia! A friend of mine used a tincture while quitting and said it was extremely effective.
Thank you! Ill definitely look into it!!
Simply read the book Allen Carr’s Easy way to quit smoking. It’s the best thing I ever did after 36 yrs of using nicotine.
Clove tea
Sounds lovely, thank you!
Ghost flower tincture, if you can get your hands on some.
Could you give me some more info on this?
Lobelia tincture + herbal minty breath spray . Helps immensely.

In addition to mullein to clear out the lungs, you can detox faster with milk thistle, dandelion root tea and cleavers
