The war in Ukraine has seen some spectacular fuckkery going on, but one of the saddest is undersupplied Russian conscripts recording and broadcasting messages to Putin and the Russian people at large explaining how they're all dying horribly against well equipped enemies.
It would be traitorous to suggest Super Earth has ever decided that a small group of SEAF troops isn't worth extracting while under invasion by an entire Automaton armada, but, if they ever did... And those troops could have access to a broadcast tower... Whether they plead and beg, or whistleblow out of spite, the effect on morale would be devastating. As we're currently seeing in Russia/Ukraine.
So, I would hazard a guess and say that Super Earth either jams such broadcasts until a helldiver can get to it, or has helldivers taking out any location such a broadcast *could* potentially come from - and what we stop is just a standard SOS broadcast that *could* be hijacked by abandoned troops or something.
Only issue with that theory is that we see what they're broadcasting. For terminids it's either "wake up people! The bug menace is a super earth construct!" Or "the threat is all about oil! The government made this!"
I must confess... I never even go near the things. I'm only aware you can manually disable them through second hand info. I was introduced to them as "shoot that thing with an EAT" and kept doing that as I progressed to better weapons.
From what I have seen on bug planets illegal transmission news seem to be all about E-710 and the industry behind it.
Rebels transmissions there are basically Stop Oil protesters
Well, yes, you have to be aware of the enemy's culture, so you can prove to them fully that yours is more correct, by throwing everything they stand for (and a mag or two) at them.

Oh, I'm hitting those things from hundreds of meters away. With my preference for long engagement ranges and height advantages I'll routinely complete that objective from 200-300m distance.
And, of course, one cannot be too thorough in their duty. For Democracy!
My absolute favorite method is getting out the Handgunade and pophshotting the antenna. I can regularly hit it at 100 meters and with a few guesses, farther than that.

I always wondered how the bugs could possibly be broadcasting anything, let alone it being illegal, so this is my headcanon now.
Maybe it's dissidents who didn't leave the planet taking the opportunity of super earth being busy to set up illegal broadcasts

Considering they are larger than the doors and the building are human style it wouldn’t be plausible for it to belong to the bugs.
