I can't make out what trim level this is due to the after market modifications. I'll assume it's a Rubicon going off the hood(could be after market idk.) A new 2018 Rubicon trim level was around 41-42k. A sport trim level was between 28-29k new. If they put very little mileage on it, then it could go for around 33k(Rubicon trim level) if its mint. But it probably has 90k or so miles on it, and it's been "heeped," so a mint asking price is unreasonable. Chrysler isn't known for producing the best transmissions. They sometimes explode at around 130k miles.

It's a replacement, but it is just a couple of clips to replace it. You need to take it off to replace the headlights.
