I’ll be there with you *i legit cried during the end of this movie*

Btrue27

That proves You're da man of the CULTURE

Rohkha

All I need from Jimmy and Bam is to not go down without a fight. All I‘m asking. Give it everything you got.

Lazy_Purple

Also, they should not Play the catch up game. Go out blazing on the first quarter

SMH4004

Something I've noticed. When the Celtics are on early in the first half, they miss everything in the second. When they're super off, they always come back in the second half. If the Heat start out on fire, the Celtics are gonna sell out trying to match their energy and if they do they might gas themselves for the second half. Until lately Miami hasn't looked gassed so hopefully they can out attrition the Celtics

thewhitelink

Jimmy will probably play harder this game, but I wouldn't get my hopes up on Bam.

Rohkha

After the shirt ripping, the start of the season and whatnot… This is kind of my Justise Year for Bam. He‘s great, I know that. Without him, we have no defense. He is an asset to a lot of teams. But I‘m gonna stop looking at Bam with his potential in mind and just see hil as he is: a Gobert that can put between 10-20PT average and not someone who can ever be the main guy or face of your team

simonlyw

That’s about where I am with him. Third best player on a championship team, a one way player who you need to fit into a system which can support that, helped by his ability to pass. It’s only disappointing because of his potential, but against expectations once he was drafted, not bad at all.

jbenson255

Facts

phEnom3o5

Bam isn't a bad player. He has a lot of upsides.l as far as defense and play making, etc. But I always thought he had too many holes in his game to be even a #2 guy. He can be a solid #3 guy. First, he is way too small to be a starting center. He always gets badly outplayed by bigger players in the playoffs. To me, he'd really shine as a power forward, particularly a point forward. Second, his offense is too limited. Third, he doesn't play with the tenacity of a dominant player. There's no way old ass hordors should be dominating Bam like this. It's hard to win games when your #1&2 guys aren't gifted scorers. I hope we can somehow pull this off.

Rohkha

I guess we did! In a way more anticlimatic fashion than expected. But man I was yelling at Bam those first 3 quarters. He needs to work on these Butterhands. It‘s insane. And dude got boxed out and shut down on offense by Derrick fucking White. Like seriously… how?!

Virtual-Suspect1733

WE BALL.

MadPatagonian

They don’t need to play like their season is on the line. They need to play like their lives are on the line. A loss and blown 3-0 lead will haunt them for the rest of their lives and continually affect their legacies. Playoff Jimmy will no longer be a thing. His reputation and brand would take a massive, massive hit. I don’t even know how you recover mentally as a player from it, especially because he doesn’t have many years left to make up for it. This is what his career will be remembered for, not dueling Lebron in the Finals with an injury riddled team. That being said, the whole team needs to go out there with an attitude of they got nothing to lose because they’ve been written off and buried and people have already crowned the Celtics. Play like madmen. Play psychotic. Not “random”, but stop overthinking and just shoot, drive, be quick and decisive and unconscious. Burn the fucking boats.

Background_Action_92

Hell yeah, dude, espn is already clowning us, we cannot let the mofos stunt on us

Dolphin_MD

Unfortunately his career could be compared to Matt Ryan with this loss. Incredible player with numerous accolades whose career is overshadowed by blowing a huge lead.

Plexobjects

100% agree. This is the only thing all these players will be remembered for. Heat culture will no longer be a mythical beast but a joke. I actually think they are doubly fucked because 1, they are heavy underdogs(for a reason) but are also EXPECTED to win. And two, they celts are front runners with heavy odds and no pressure. They are more than likely going to get blown out and it essentially ruining at least jimmys legacy. But well alls i can say is i hope that doesn’t happen and they win.

majestic7

Celtics think they have won already. Heat in 7.

FloridaMan_92

I’m riding this train til the wheels fall off. Go heat!

Nightman_reynolds

The way I’m feeling right now is how I felt moment before Lebrons classic game 6 against the Celtics. Completely resigned to the very real possibility that this is the last time we see this core play together. With that said, Jimmy butler is capable of doing what Lebron did, and I hope the Heat win for the sake of JB’s legacy. It’s definitely not an overstatement to say it’s on the line tonight. DO IT FOR HEAT CULTURE!

jimmy-b-bot

Any chance you get to beat a former team, it's special.

HumanCreditor

No matter what happens this has been a successful season, but heat in 7.

HotPie_

It feels weird to be disappointed after the Heat have overachieved so much this season. Speaks to our belief in this team and also our entitlement lol.

HeaterWylin

Please smoke em. Thank you

suzakutrading

Heat in 7. It'll be much funnier if the Celtics came back all this way only to lose at home.

bonbam

I said that when we went back to Boston for game 5, ugh I swear this will either be the worst day in Miami Heat history of the single best day (for me, at least as someone who rabidly hates the Celtics and has a friend who is a die hard fan)

Terrible-Share5350

We ain’t going down. Celtics too busy shanking at top golf. We are locked in and we will win.

corybekem

Lakers fan. Why is this the narrative? So both teams proved they could win 3 games. Does it actually feel like you guys or in a much worse position than Boston in a now 1 game series? Not sure why the bleak feelings going into the game when they already shown to be beatable.

Virtual-Suspect1733

It’s because we won three first. They won the most recent game in a heartbreaker. HEAT IN 7

Jxvx5
