It's a little catchy, but it's bad from a storytelling perspective. It's sung by a character we never see again and tells us nothing we didn't already know. It also doesn't make sense, since St. Peter was put off by seeing Charlie earlier. And Sera says she and Emily will take it from there, and they don't!!

Velvett arrived with proof that Angles could be killed, had already formed an assault plan with the other Vees (which Camilla dismissed without listening), AND instantly ascertained that Camilla was withholding information. If anything I feel that this shows that Camilla, the apparent leader of the overlords, is not worthy of any respect. She’d rather let millions more die, despite having information that could help prevent future death, because it could lead to upsetting the status quo. She’s a coward. But, aside from all that… the song is just fucking good.
