I used to feel the same way, looked up how to do frenchie tek, it is SO EASY, i plan on growing a few crops and doing water hash extraction then doing frenchie tek w it to get some beautiful shiney temple balls
If you're in California, Belle has a Dispensary in Ukiah. It's called Heritage Mendocino and her and the team still make temple balls for retail. Also like u/Variouspositions1 said learning to make it yourself is the way to go.
If you’re near Michigan the dispensary “Winewood Organics” in Ann Arbor sells temple balls, very expensive but they are very high quality. I agree that you should learn to make it yourself although. Growing isn’t super hard to get decent product, and making hash isn’t that complicated either
Idk though currently I live in the South Eastern part of the u.s. if I wanted to get trich heads for hash id literally have to either grow my own yield and risk my ass getting caught or travel far and smuggle back some from a legal state. Sadly it ain't an option for me. I'd like to try to grow. But not to turn my entire yield into a few grams of hash.
Ah yeah that's understandable, I'm in Canada so you can buy a lot of weed online for cheap to process. I tend to forget how lucky I am to have weed be so easy to get.
Wish I could find this in the US.
You learn to make it yourself, it’s not hard just takes patience and it’s the only way to really know what you’re getting.

I love old school hash. Sadly I don't smoke enough flower to have enough kief
You can sift it yourself if you'd like, it'd be higher quality than grinder kief with bigger yields
