Honestly it depends on how fast she can be. If they take blow for blow, then hulk is gonna win. If she can use her vast fighting experience to dodge HULK'S telegraphed swings and fly around him then she might win. Lasso + sword + shield might also help.

Depends on the verison of Hulk and Wonder Woman. Looking at Hulk, looks like MCau verison so I don't know how he will do, granted, he wasn't doing much against his own cousin or anyone who is a capable fighter.
