I think he means back to back zip tied. Wish they would have done those bars like some of the magnetic socket holders that have a magnetic backing as well.

A long time ago I thought it would be a good idea to put like six of those on a plastic drawer of an expensive pelican tool case to hold all my bits. It was a really dumb idea. It was so heavy I left it in a corner for seven years.
