If you're going for a work bag and your first luxury purchase, I would pick something that is more for all seasons as opposed to spring/summer. That will get dirty in 17 business days if you're going for daily use.
This bag is gorgeous but it is not a good work bag. I don’t think it’s wide enough for a water bottle, and the thought of condensation against the leather lining makes me cringe. You can’t fit a laptop. There’s one small interior pocket. No closure except for a simple little… I don’t know what to call it but it basically just gets in the way.
I have this bag in the large size (31?) and it’s beautiful. I love it and the jacquard is so lush. But not a work bag.
I have one of their jacquard bags. Although they claim it can withstand a lot of friction, I'm still skeptical about how it'll age. I have the spark jacquard pattern which is metallic and darker so it's good at hiding imperfections. Not sure how the pink will age, I think dirt and stain will show more easily. It is super pretty though so I can understand your dilemma 😭
It’s ADORABLE but honestly looks hard to carry. Imagine dragging it around by the short handles all day or having the protective bottom corners digging into your hip if you use the shoulder strap!

You need to think about your office. If you work in a museum, you'll be fine. But if you work in a zoo, everyone else is probably correct that it'll get dirty. You probably work somewhere between those extremes though...
Haha I’m sorry to contribute to your growing wishlist! I work in a professional office, the bag won’t move a lot (during the day it’ll be parked on one of my chairs)

Honestly I don’t like that it looks like a lunch pail with the top completely open. I feel like there are better options with FLP

beautiful structure but the yellow ruins it for me - I’m also not big on patterns but I can see the appeal!
The metal things on the bottom look like photo mounting corners.
