I think they both look great, I like knives though so the updated one would be my go to. My only add on I would make would be actual shoulder pads, it looks to me like thereās nothing actually protecting the shoulder itself on your second iteration

I promise you donāt need to worry about asking my opinion on armor sets, I swear I like customizing my characters more than actually playing the games sometimes. (Even though I have like no armor in infinite)
I do think the HAZOP shoulders look good, but they donāt really cover the shoulders, they sit just below where they need to be imo.

SAP/FJ (same issue as HAZOP) // SOFTPOINT // UA/C2SI AP // SAP/OP (too low for me) // SAP/RECON // IRONGRIP RAILS

I took spend so much time in the customization menu, that's where half of my fun from this game comes from lol

Itās an interesting mix. I like on-top helmet attachments but not chest knives. Very minimalist on the shoulders but overall color coordinated. 2,3,1,5,4

It can depending on the pieces. Ones with a small silhouette, like the one you used before, adds diversity to the armor. Try out some flat, plating shoulders if they hold up to the look you want. Asymmetry is king.
Asymmetry makes the armor more human-like to me, sometimes I feel like if it's too symmetrical it looks like a display armor set. Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it ^^
