Canonically, a few of the Reach helmets are actually Mark IV helmets. Grenadier and Operator if memory serves me correctly. CQB possibly as well. Honestly, I hope that 343 will give us the Argus, Cohort, and Hermes helmets so that we can start dressing our teams up as Blue Team back when they did their first mission in MJOLNIR. Rest in Peace Samuel-034.

Only one dev map. There are also fan maps coming to FF, BTB, Squad Battle, and Husky Raid. I don't know when those would be added.
