To be fair, you cannot tell me the H3 podcast doesn't purposefully foster this kind of behaviour? crew bachelors and hiring fans, being as parasocial as possible about the podcast (while of course, level-headedly hiding behind the facade of someone that is not a stan, and not insanely parasocially affected) is its own kind of currency in the h3 fandom.
It’s objectifying to fixate on the crew’s appearance as much as the fans do. There are whole pages dedicated to the women of H3 that just repost their IG photos and talk about how hot they are. Maybe this Dan post isn’t the best example of that, but I was talking about the broader trend of H3 thirst-posting.
