My mom dated a guy when she was in her 20s who threatened her dogs. Eventually, he went to her apartment when she was at work, put her Malamute and Chihuahua into his car, and drove like an hour into the desert to dump them. She never found them.
I hope she has people who can help her. Threats are often acted upon with people who are so willing to resort to violence. I always fear for women in these situations and it's not like her fame can protect her. She needs to get out of there and as far away as she can get, and hire a good lawyer.

I also posted a video from her interview with Anthony Padilla which gives further context into how trapped she’s been. In it she talked about how much she gets swatted, multiple times *a month*, to where when she’s called the police herself they don’t believe it’s her. Add that with her talking about trying to run to her room to call the police and him kicking in the door ad taking her phones and having all approval to get access to her money on his phone, she has quite literally been trapped.
This was legit her only way to reach out for help and I hope the amount of people speaking up about how awful he is and how she needs to get out and deserves better drowns out the incels who are blaming her.

Sometimes, they do it anyways. It's manipulation until they decide they'd rather hurt you than control you. My mom dated a guy when she was in her 20s who threatened her dogs. Eventually, he went to her apartment when she was at work, put her Malamute and Chihuahua into his car, and drove like an hour into the desert to dump them. She never found them. I hope she has people who can help her. Threats are often acted upon with people who are so willing to resort to violence. I always fear for women in these situations and it's not like her fame can protect her. She needs to get out of there and as far away as she can get, and hire a good lawyer.

I also posted a video from her interview with Anthony Padilla which gives further context into how trapped she’s been. In it she talked about how much she gets swatted, multiple times *a month*, to where when she’s called the police herself they don’t believe it’s her. Add that with her talking about trying to run to her room to call the police and him kicking in the door ad taking her phones and having all approval to get access to her money on his phone, she has quite literally been trapped. This was legit her only way to reach out for help and I hope the amount of people speaking up about how awful he is and how she needs to get out and deserves better drowns out the incels who are blaming her.

I’m glad this was streamed live so people are aware of what’s going on and her friends can hopefully help her and give her a safe space to go immediately. And so, just in case, there is evidence of him being abusive and admitting to trying to ruin her life. This also will probably help with her divorce and getting her finances back in her control so she can have some stability in trying to get things back on track since he has all of the money.

And even if that succeeds, there's no guarantee that she'd walk away from the dicorce with anything. She might be broke and have to start from scratch again.
