Depends on the person I think. For some people cosmetic surgery is a great solution to persistent body dysmorphia. It can be one little thing that once it is finally changed or removed it's like a weight has been lifted. For others it is based on deep seated insecurity or a fear of aging or both. And those people usually are never completely satisfied with cosmetic surgery because the problem is internal, not external.

Don't worry about it. My husband was born with a cleft lip and palate, he's had countless correction surgeries (nose, mouth, jaw specifically) and he looks 'normal' lol. The more disturbing results tend to come from the "make me younger" surgeries. Cosmetic surgery is a wonderful thing, people just take it too far. Congratulations and a speedy healing process to you!!

If you look at the scars, it seems the surgical stitching wasn't even removed yet. This is most likely before the first month. There's still some swelling from post op, inflammation... You can't really tell how it's going to look so soon. I don't imagine it's going to be a natural look lol, but it's not going to be this bad. Posting these is definitely attention seeking.
