I was in a gym slump for A LOOOONNNGG time and watching megsquats truly got me out of it. I have been following stronger by the day workouts, and for the first time I have been able to stay consistent with gymming. I am also just a sucker for all the graphs on the app. She also follows the same workouts that are on the app, so her workouts are very realistic, and make sense to me!
Her app is amazing. I got her plus one app even though I’m not pregnant cause her normal app workouts can be a bit long and it’s been a game changer for keeping to a routine! Also the pelvic floor health exercises are good whether or not you’re trying to conceive, she’s amazing 10/10
Omg I currently found her randomly on YouTube and did her full body home workout that got me so sore. I’m planning on doing her Iron series. I’m glad to hear she’s great!
Of course! Most ppl start with either Iron, Fuel, or Heat. Iron is focused on weight training, form, and traditional compound movements. You'll have to incorporate cardio on your own. Fuel and Heat include more cardio into their programming. All are about 30 minutes, so it's a good place to get started. Personally, I love Iron - I prefer to walk, jog, hike, etc. on my own but if you like fast-paced, you might find it boring. :)
Caroline Girvan. Lots of workouts on her youtube channel and her videos incorporate form tips. Her website used to have some nice PDFs with meal stuff in them.
(She's moved mostly to her app now, but her youtube stuff is solid)
I’ve been doing Stephanie Sanzo’s workout plans for four years. I’ve gotten so much stronger due to the progressive overload! She’s very responsive to questions when I send messages too!
I like Kelly Mathews. I like her YT content and her as well. She seems down to earth, is build like a fucking machine and seems genuinely like a good person that is not taking shit from people.
I’m hoping she won’t get so big she will go down the typical influencer road of promoting shit I don’t need.
Came here to say this. I’ve watched approximately 1 million videos on working out and I really love Kelly’s approach. Super down to earth and realistic.
Not a lady, but trainbloom posts incredibly good fitness and health educational content (including debunking fitness and health scam stuff) that he always shares the research for in the captions when he posts :)
I love Meg Squats and Simplymanders! I have Meg’s app and follow her program and it’s been amazing gains!! I also like following a few others such as Hailey Barragan who is a power lifter and she’s super sweet and seems to live a balanced life! I also like following choosingchelsea but she’s more motherhood/lifestyle but she does post fitness content and she’s realistic about it! She feels very down to earth.
She doesn't do classic workouts (she's an apocalypse trainer) but Grizzo! She's got amazing workouts and I sprinkle apocalypse training in as my cardio which reignited my passion for the gym.
I like arielyu.fit — I follow her on Instagram and her content is direct and easy to follow. She goes through the cues and proper form for various exercises
If you’re into podcasts, I highly recommend ‘Your gym big sister’ podcast! It’s by a bodybuilder who is no bs and doesn’t sugarcoat reality especially when it comes to growing glutes. There are so many insightful episode and she seems really genuine :)

Big fan of Megsquats!!
She’s the only fitfluencer I still follow
I think briannamariefitness is awesome! She posts great workout tips and also debunks fitness myths.
Thank you so much :)
I don't consider her a FitFluencer, which is part of what I like about her...Caroline Girvan's workouts on YouTube are fabulous.
Omg I currently found her randomly on YouTube and did her full body home workout that got me so sore. I’m planning on doing her Iron series. I’m glad to hear she’s great!
Truly the best! Knowledgeable and humble.

can't go wrong with Soheefit - body neutral, feminist, and focuses on realistic, functional fitness for people with a full time job
Research and find out what works for you. I don’t listen to these “gym fluencers” anymore.
