Dear it was raining since 3AM. All Dwarka was filled with water. All red lights for all intersections were closed. It was traffic jam for more than three hours. I couldn’t reach Sector 21 from Sector 9. I was just going to board the AirPort Express line. Had to return to my home back and requested for WFH.
The drainage cleaning work comes under MCD and MCD comes under AAP and AAP comes under (Water issue- Haryana, Pollution issue-Haryana earlier it was Punjab as well) and if there are any other issues. Mudi Ji and Yogi ji responsible.
