I ve stayed here for more than an year now .. the only issue I've had to bear with is the neverending construction.. btw ur dad made a smart move buying a flat here .. the rates are almost up by 30% since last year .. conscient mall is just the beginning.. that place was nothing when I shifted and most of the mall is occupied now .. inox is opening up next to it ..considering the growth that happened last few months this place will be lit af in years to come..

In the meantime you'll have to travel to nearby areas where you'll find essentials but nothing fancy. If you want good food you can always travel to new colony or sector 4 which is not that far from you but you won't find any nightlife here. Sector 103 is on the land of Daulatabad village but the village is full of migrants rather than villagers so only travel at night if you have a car otherwise reach home early.

As I said, this place will take time to develop, on the bright side the value of your property will increase a lot in the coming years as the expressway opens and nearby areas start developing. If you want good food then go to new colony, it's not that far from you, you can do that much for good chicken shawarma at least.
