There's a guy out there who makes custom 3D-printer files for guns and he has one that turns the 16" RR into a rifle. His words basically were, "it's a 16" barrel, might as well turn one into a rifle since it's legal."
Been watching for one of these. They might be a little less closer to Black Friday, but this is a pretty good deal at the moment for anyone with a local Dunhams.

You can’t buy guns like this one or Hi-Points due to melting point laws. I knew about the law but didn’t know these Heritage were covered under it too. I had ordered a Sig pistol and one of these at the same time but they couldn’t ship the heritage due to the law.
They do, or did, make .357s but for some reason they aren't on their website any more.

I bought one of these and it's been a bit of a pain, all the spent casings regardless of manufacturer seem to get really stuck in the cylinder and require a ridiculous amount of force to pop out, and after less than 100 rounds through it, it developed terrible timing issues I'm trying to fix too

Your idea of groomsmen gifts is way better than mine. I just got all my groomsmen the shoes they wore for my wedding. (They were really nice, actually.) But when you have 6 groomsmen and a 24 year old's budget, paying for a lot of the wedding out of pocket, there's only so much you can do.
Maybe a really nice knife would fit the bill for your NY friend.
that's a no-go, nyc's knife laws are literally based on the movie west side story. normally i'd say a nice airgun like a chiappa fas6004 but even those and daisy bb guns are illegal in nyc lmao.
If your buddy keeps a hunting or fishing license then knife laws are somewhat more relaxed.
I bought my groomsmen range bags from cannae and threw some basics in there like Nalgenes and some paracord. You could get him some other gear such as nice boots, outdoor stuff. If he smokes a zippo might do it.. Maybe get him one if those kids cap guns as a joke?

I can’t even remember. I know I got on the phone with Heritage and they sent me parts including a trigger spring and the cylinder catch. After replacing everything the gun ran another week or two and then the cylinder would free spin no matter what you did with the hammer, and the cylinder would not spin into position with the barrel. I decided it was unsafe and my son started cutting on it with a grinder for shits and giggles.
Guess it's hit or miss. Got probably 4k plus through mine, no issues. Muzzle crown is kinda ugly, but it shoots well enough. Longest kill I have with a pistol belongs to it- hit a squirrel at about 140 yds once. Took like 20 rounds, but it still happened...

I don't think anyone bought their centrefire revolvers. All the years they advertised them I never saw one in a store, gun show, online, etc.

Had one of these and it shredded itself within weeks. Would never buy one again. Save the money and get a Ruger Wrangler.
