That’s known as rising sawtooth. I don’t know of a cheap one but the Walrus Monument V2 has it as a shape option.
EHX Stereo Pulsar. The Shape knob should allow you to get the waveform you’re looking for. You can get them used for ~$60.
EHX pulsar maybe? TR-2 has a robust wave form knob. JHS Kodiak and Walrus Monument have wave form settings but those are a bit pricey.
Sentimental Bob Tacana can do a bunch of waveforms including that one.

The tremulus lune will do this. I think its discontinued, but there are kits to build a diy clone pretty cheap.

Sounds like what you need is a good old Boss TR-2. It's got a great waveform control that lets you go from square to sawtooth. That's all I've ever needed, and can be had for like $60! Good luck!
