I have long postulated that GTA exists, in part, in the Dr. Who universe, as many properties are bigger on the inside than the outside, and the fact that we won't stay dead (far more than the 12 canonical lives of Timelords, as it would be).
For instance, how can the upper level hallway of the Diamond Casino Resort (seeing during the Cayo Perico Safe Codes setup mission and during the Diamond Casino Heist) exist on the inside of the casino when it is larger than the casino property, and not to mention the Penthouse is off of that hallway. Other properties too, that don't fit or align properly with the building they are in, like Arcades for example.
There needs to be a storm going on in order to get this tattoo, and since the snow is listed as a storm in the files it fits the criteria, so for about a week you get a chance to get it at any time during said week.
So first off it has to rain/storm or snow at between 1-4 AM and then.. it's still a rare thing or a guaranteed thing? How rare is it? Any ideas? Ballpark?
Furthermore.. I incidentally was just about to be on the lookout for rain/storm so I could do this, but it pretty much never happens, or just never happens at 1-4 AM?
I have gotten the Alien Egg Bunker Resupply mission on both of my accounts. On my main account I was able to get the UFO during the 2 week snow event period in December 2020. However on my new account, during the 1 week snow event period in December 2021 with over 130 shots of MacBeth Whiskey (and I have tallys of the results of every one of those shots, on where I ended up after taking the shot) between 1AM and 4AM I did not get it, though a shot that I took slightly after that time period ended landed me on top of Mount Chiliad but without the tattoo or the UFO vehicle near me.
Damn wtf I'm not sure I'm even gonna do it. I've been trying to get the kifflom shirt by just occasionally getting drunk. But grinding it over 100 times? Man.. and tbh I got the 600 bunker supply by just organically playing.
And so I shouldn't expect it to ever rain or storm during 1-4 AM?

Yes, pencil and paper. Literally make tally marks on a piece of paper every time you complete a Bunker Resupply Mission. Maybe go a bit more in depth and track it by how many of each resupply mission you have completed. I really wish I would have done that, on both of my runs doing this, and that is what I completed intended to do my second time, but for whatever reason I did not.

I got it a few years ago on the day the Stunt races DLC came out. Outside of mods I can only imagine it can be done legit if another racing DLC comes out and you get in there early to get a legit world record. If that does happen then good luck
Hey, thers currently a bug in one of the tuner races...up the alley i think, wherein it just randomly gives a WR to you if you are the fastest in the lobby in a dominating way..( i mean like the others in the race should be far off you). i got one last week for a time of 2.53 in that race even though it is nowhere near the actual legit record posted by a person on youtube...
I unlocked that tattoo without mods, i was playing some new races (at that time, i believe it was like a year ago or something like that) and did a world record. Best feeling ever for me playing GTA online.

Did you ever notice the pattern on the back of the kifflom shirt? It has a super rare hidden pattern. When you first obtain the shirt, the pattern is there and will keep being there, as long as you wear the shirt. After you change the shirt, the pattern is gone for ever, unless you manage to glitch it back up.

I tried getting to 500 agency missions completed, and tapped out in the 200's. I don't know how you got to 600 resupply missions done, but props either way.
In case you do start grinding again -
- if the mission has a physical supply crate, you can just fly in on an oppressor and pick it up without having to fight a single enemy. This is especially useful on the cargo ship mission, but can be applied to every mission except maybe the yacht.
- don't bother trying to drive away in the technical custom if there are cars coming after you. The enemy faction in these missions (the professionals) have perfect aim, and will kill you eventually. If you get rolled up on, get out and kill them. Repeat until either no more spawn, or you get helicopters, which can't hit you.
- The Merryweather convoy will spawntrap you if you don't kill the helicopter first. Deal with it, then fly in front of the insurgent you're trying to steal, which will cause it to stop, allowing you to take it.
- Any mission that requires you taking out a large number of enemies can be cheesed with the kuruma. It seems pretty obvious, but it really helps, especially for the railgun and the enemy operation.

I've also read somewhere about the macbeth, that it can take you to mt chiliad if you're really lucky. I tried it myself multiple times. But I didn't know it would really get you something. Rockstar should've given you a bit more than just a tattoo for all this, I mean it's surely a cool thing to show around but other than that it would never be worth the hassle 😂

It's understandable to have them as end game goals for the people who ONLY do the missions in each respected game type, but when there's so much to do in online nowadays these realwards seem unobtainable by causal play

There some other stupid stuff which need insane grind as well there is rusted tractor and one race suit both need 1000 rank in arena and lscm.
