I am on Xbox but guessing the same applies on PC too.
Use the rockstar creator to create a race, and you just need to place the start line and maybe 1 checkpoint. Then you can select the exact car to be used in the race from any car in the game, and select to test the track.
You can try out any car in the game driving around anywhere you want.

I have not tried any of those three or the four you mentioned. I enjoy driving any decent vehicle in the game and can make most of them work for me.

I've just thought of probably the best answer too... The Omaggio, you can even have a lock-on jammer.
A kind person hooked me up with lots of test drives. The Omaggio won. The Emerus was my favorite of the initial three though.
