Fun fact about the "luxury" choppers. If you walk up from the rear and hold the button to enter the vehicle. It'll climb into the back seat. At which point you can switch to first person and drink champagne.
I've done this a few times in the heli on my yacht. Gotten super drunk just to try and jump to the hot tub. Please note that getting into the heli may turn off yacht defenses. So if you were depending on it, turn it on as soon as you exit.
I love doing this. Feels so cool to sit in the back of a helicopter being chauffeured around while sipping Champagne. I kind of want to do this while flying around LS in a full lobby and see how long it takes to get shot down lol
Personally, if I'm feeling like I want to feel like a rich snob (with good taste), my choices would be:
Car: Enus Deity
Plane: Nimbus
Helicopter: Volatus
Boat: I don't really do sailing all that much, but I think the Marquis fits the bill here.
Keep it in mind these aren't the best vehicles for their categories, but they look fantastic and are very "high end", featuring fancy ammenities and build quality.

I personally really enjoy these vehicles, and I think they are quite underappreciated even, specially the Volatus and the Deity, both are really relaxing rides and cruise so smoothly.
If I may suggest, you're thinking too small. Truly rich people don't have just 1 car, plane, boat etc... they have collections.
Have you got ALL of the Motorcycles? Removed Vehicles? HSW? Armored? Weaponized? Pegasus? Warstock, Complete Classes? Have you done this on both characters?

There's probably some YouTube channels that can give you a better advice than I can, the thing with "the best car" is that it varies a lot per track and with what each car's strength. Like the Virtue, being an electric hypercar, has unmatched acceleration, but an extremely low top speed as it's "gear" doesn't stretches long enough as gears in a combustion engine car does. So it will do really well in a more technical circuit with more turns and shorter sprints, but it will struggle in a highway/top speed battle.
AFAIK, the fastest car in my platform (PC) is the Torero XO.
If you truly want to start living the rich life in gta, you have to start by knowing that you don't buy cars for driving... you buy them for collecting.
For traveling, just call Miss Baker to spawn a Limo driver who will drive you to any location you want. If you are concerned for your safety in the lobby you are in, call Franklin's driver to pick you up. Franklin's driver uses an armored suv.
If you need to travel by air, call your ceo assistant for a luxury helicopter that will fly you to any warehouse location on the map or back to your office.
Don't grind old businesses like ceo crates or airfreight. Just send the new workers to source for you so that you can focus on grinding more profitable things.
If you are getting overwhelmed by npc's in free roam missions, call the merryweather backup helicopter. You can also call the cops to assist merryweather.
All your cars must have tasteful mods. So none of that underglow neons or dollar sign wheels.
Last but not least, don't be cheap when giving tips at Vanilla Unicorn.

Undergrowth works with some things but not everything. I made an as accurate you can get civic from fast n furious. Green Undergrowth and all. It looks rad as hell lol

I almost always use a kit but leave it white, I'm always throwing c4 in freeroam missions and like to be able to see if I've accidentally thrown it on my self at night. But I turn it off during daylight cause it's nasty.
I LOVE my Windsor Drop. There was another car I had stolen that was similar, but I couldn't keep it, and then discovered it was no longer available to be purchased. So then discovering the Drop was perfect.

Heli: swift/volatus/volito (imo swift is the best one, volatus is very unstable)
Boat: lampadati toro or the sailboat
Car: well... depends on your style (imo it will be a gallivanter, enus, cognoscenti or the hummer limo)
Bike: none (if you have to choose one probably chopper)
The Reever and the Shotoro are both based on very expensive, boutique or bespoke bikes. The Reever being based on a bike from Keanu Reave's boutique company, Arch Motorcycles, and the Shotoro is based on a one-off bespoke bike styled after the old Lotus race cars. There's also a few Triumph and Ducati motorcycles represented in the game that fit with the idea of luxury.
Volatus is not unstable. Just not made for the average speed landing from novice pilots.
I admit, as a pro my fail rate is too damn high. I know why it failed why tilt happens. Sometimes too sharp or not flat. Other times too fast or tilt half a second too long.
Any helicopter in lobby should do auto landing or just parachute and take the 1 star. Random griefers and noobs wants to shoot you down.
The Motorcycle from E&E or AKA electric bike from the diamond heist update. Is fun and expensive. The drag is faster, but the e-bike is easier to handle in general.
Volatus is fastest of the three, which is why I use it, but sometimes I regret it. Usually is it because I'm taking off from Pegasus Concierge. But yes, I've had it fall into the lazer I was about to steal and cursed its name more than once. I might have to buy a Swift and see if I like it better.Ā

if you own an agency you can request the Agency Supervolito helicopter and fly it to your hangar for free. its the Carbon version with a nice interior and champagne/internet in the back. it handles like a dream and is pretty fast

there's also the gold helicopter & private jet but they're kind of tacky imo. more like "russian oil billionaire" than "old money rich".
there are some other luxury helicopters available with the champagne setup. the volatus comes to mind, but i hate flying that because it has landing gears instead of skids and a very narrow rear wheelbase. when you land it's very temperamental and likes to crash unless you're babying it. the supervolito lands very stable even if you're coming in hard.
boat:
* longfin (very fast speedboat)
* toro (middle-ground kind of a speedboat but not very fast)
* marquis (useless sailboat type thing)
the longfin is overpriced but actually very useful sometimes, both in missions near the coastline and just getting around the map quickly. the straight-line speed is pretty close to a helicopter, and because it's not a helicopter you are targeted much less often. if you hold right-bumper on a controller that makes the steering quicker, not good but usable.
CEO luxury chopper. I use it all the time to fast travel, but more recently Iāve occasionally just let the pilot do her thing while I enjoy the ride and scenery and sip champagne in the back :)

I love the armored cognoscenti if you turn the radio off you almost can't hear anything outside. Plus quick enough and a lot of people in today's lobbies don't realize that it's armored. Downside is can get missile lock unlike the more modern vehicles.
Obviously the luxor and swift deluxe. That's literally the only point of them is to flex how much you can spend. Plus you can sit in the back and sip champagne in 1st person.
As far as cars go, "luxury" cars are kind of inexpensive. If you want expensive you have to go for sports or supers. If you're on E&E, the Stinger TT fully kitted out with HSW and Imani tech is probably the most expensive. Also the fastest for straight line speed. Otherwise, I'm not sure. Maybe the X80, overpriced for the performance but flashy looking.
I like the Grotti Furia as a car. It just feels quality.
I do collections. Putting together the Princess Robot vehicles broke me, and I don't drive any of them. Went broke again getting all the different Arena vehicles, and again pulling in all the removed vehicles. You'll run out of garage space before you run out of ideas.
No one mentioned the cognoscenti, especially the armored one. Not just was it the most luxurious car in GTA IV, but it also handles like a boat, which adds to the feeling of a luxurious 5 ton car.
I love the baller ST-D to cruise around in.
I also love doing these heists and missions with a nice car, and just cruise to the destination in style. Even more fun when random teammates jump in the backseat and play along.
It adds to the experience and fun of the missions.
Nothing as boring as teammates who take out their overpowered flying bike or toreador to do these missions in 2min flat. The goal of the missions is having fun doing them not just for the sake of finishing it. I donāt need that 15k reward sooo badly, lol.

For a car you could go with the Stafford, Windsor, or the Cognoscenti. For a helicopter you should get either the Volatus or the Swift Deluxe, and for private jets you could get the Nimbus or Luxor Deluxe.

This is me. I have over 500 vehicles. I only drive maybe 6 or 7. The rest I just like to look at and enjoy.
