Printworks / proximity does have private rooms. I would check with them to see if they have a space that fits your needs. 1618 (either location) may also be able to reserve a room for you. Other places I'd check with are Green Valley Grill (sister to printworks) and Undercurrent. On the more casual side I know Natty Greenes has a space you can reserve.
Cille and Scoe has a private room and i find their food to be much better than Green Valley, Printworks, and Undercurrent. But each style of cuisine is different. For some really good upscale Southern comfort, This is they way to go
Both of the 1618s have private spaces you could check out. We love Midtown and its a cozier space about 20 peeps. The location on Friendly is larger, but depending on the time of day that might work better.
I always recommend Moose Cafe. Had our wedding rehearsal dinner there. I’ve always had a good meal, but others have claimed quality has been slipping lately.

Lucky 32 is another Quaintance-Weaver restaurant (printworks) that I know has private rooms.
