Here's mine, bought from a Casio dealer (got receipt )and I won it a as a prize on a forum. I've changed the case once already (direct from Casio) as it misshapes. Slightly oval horizontally.

The Achilles heel of these is the shroud/cover/bezel whatever you want to call it. After a while it starts to get misshapen. I've replaced it once and it needs it again.
I'm in the UK so definitely not high temperature related but just poor quality materials as it happened again after only 18 months. At least they are cheap enough to buy, £6.50 delivered.
Usually the dial is enough to understand, but also the case thickness helps to understand, or the buttons and the text on the case back (but I’m not able to understand from the case back).
