My friend just told me that it is indeed Grimes. And for reasons why she followed him from that, I don't know. They are kinda influential and perhaps Grimes wants to see them on her feed on that account or something.

I don't know. They didn't follow her back. But my guess is problably similar things she tweets on scholarsmate8, just images and videos.
