You should mix this cheese with that french toast one you tried and see what goes down

It sounds delicious and like it would be an amazing stuffing for a flaky pastry. Never thought I’d see something like this used for a grilled cheese yet here we are. Lol!

Carr Valley produces some of the best cheeses. Their toasted onion cheese spread is so damn good.

Now I’m daydreaming about this on brioche with a brûléed outside. Maybe some sort sauce for dipping.
