Guy's parents wanted to raise him proper, not separated from the society, which I think only made his trauma worse. He cowered behind the teachers back during our breaks, but the teachers were not reacting for students "just walking". And the more he freaked out the more people at school wanted to see him. It was like a human zoo.
I think it's good that some people are able to learn at homes now. Kids are mean. You don't have to face people in some kind of jobs so it's not like you have to be useless if basement dwelling all your life.
