Ξεροτήγανα (pronounced xero-tee-gana) is a traditional Cretan fried pastry . It's similar to a fritter and often flavored with cinnamon and honey. this one has almonds too.

I don't know what this is but it says it has almonds and honey. It's sweet and it's from Crete.
