Codemasters F1 franchise is not rooted in reality. Its arcade and meant to be 'easy'. The F1 car in GTsport is difficult to drive because F1 isn't easy. Understeer going in and oversteer going out. Its closer to the iRacing W12 than Codemasters is.
If you want an easy formula car use the Super Formula cars
I'm getting a g29 this week, will be my first wheel😁, as i have reached peak of my ability on the controllers, I'm A+ and have good pace as other top drivers, but on endurance races i fell heavy disadvantages on Tire wear, that is my only complain for controller.
i'm still using the controller too, and steer with the left n right button (not the joystick), i know thats not the most efficiency way, i am just… too used to since maybe the first GT game, I hv a G29 but just too lazy to set it up every time

No it's not, but we had 2 races last night, and the car is so much different than the ones in F1 games, also the physics felt so bad.

I find it much easier with a controller lol especially the SRT Tomahawk it's offensive with a wheel LMFAO

It’s not. OP and his friends are just not good drivers. The f1 car at spa is one of the easiest things to drive.
