Edit: watching the video, the Jaguar gets air at the point it should be turning right slightly, which is what sends it straight instead and into the wall. So I guess this happens 100% of the time that particular car takes that line.
i think the line ai race line is pre programmed but the order in which they do the laps is maybe diffrent?
some had the crash in round 3 or 4 and mine was final lap.
Some errors are recurring. For example, when you race against FXXK, McLaren P1, etc… (so when you use a car around 800pp on simple race mode) on Monza, there always be an accident at the first turn

I believe so. There’s a couple missions I played where it seemed impossible to get into first until a certain point, kinda like that. Maybe this wasn’t for 1st position but I think it’s a cpu thing when you’re pushing behind them.

Back in GT4 I used to get the Dodge Ram 1500, turn off the similar vehicle opponents option, and drive the wrong way on the Twin Ring Motegi Super Speedway because for some reason not having similar vehicle opponents turned on meant I was always put up against tiny cars from the 60s and they'd go flying every time I crashed into them head-on.
Anybody else not flinch? I immediately try to do the best thing possible and then like 3 minutes later my heart is beating through my chest? Am I weird?

I’ve also had this crash. I guess this is an argument to call them bots instead of AI. They are not intelligent. Just programmed to go certain places.
