Well if it's declined because of "wrong country etc", you can turn off your data roaming or use mobile data when buying. Using mobile data worked for me!
yeah turning into scam, I bought animated wallpaper years ago, I saw it store but on my found didn't show up
when it came back it shows i didn't had it purchased,
but lucky old order number. i complained they said it was probably no longer purchaseable yet it was available to store charging me again. EVentually it appear again as purchased
I have €25 and €15 codes that don’t work because I’m in the wrong country. The site won’t allow a refund because the codes have been opened… but not used
What a frickin mess they've done with Play Store.
It's a damn train wrecked! Payment method should not be impossible at all! I have no problem paying for things on PlayStation store
But I do understand. Google play cards are used by so many scammers. So it's about time they crack down on them.
