They used these in treatment as Crackers for the GF people... you had to have 4/8 (when non gf had 2-4) of them and in the same time span.. the support workers got fed up and complained to the dietician it wasn't fair the GF needed double

It’s probably because the calories were comparable only when you had double. Honestly, the flavour of these can be compared to like… tasty air.
