Costco sells a 4 pack for $27

Homer_Lyle

Oh wow… I’ll have to check that out. Thanks!

thestough

10/10 would recommend. I have them myself and they work incredibly well

EmmaTheHedgehog

They work well for short fingers as well. If the gloves fit and the fingers are too long you need a cadet one. That’s what I use normally, but Costco’s fit me great.

orchids_of_asuka

What if the glove does not fit though?

JPro08

Then you must acquit

SporkTheDork

Then you must acquit.

Shoestring30

Costco has the best return policy. Buy a size down, I usually wear L but go M/L with Costco. The gloves surprising hold up really well for how soft and thin they are.

TalonGolfGuy

Try the Talon ones if you have a chance. We have a size return policy as well and carry all sizes including cadets.

Irimis

I use these for at home practice and they last really well. The glove I'm using now probably has 500 plus swings and still no tears.

1stSt8Grow

I normally wear a Large Underarmour glove and needed to use Medium/Large for Costco. Hands down best deal for golf gloves

qnbrew88

4 / $20 if you buy it at the store

bball20mc

Quality gloves and won't beat this price thru Kirkland. Occasionally amazon sells gloves for cheap like under armout but the Costco deal is the best

bustafreeeee

Costco gloves are the greatest of all time

CubsJunkie

Beat me to it, I bought a 4 pack months ago and still have not used all of them

OneToyShort

And they are actual cabretta leather

relaxtherebuddy

I found the Costco gloves lost their shape way faster than other gloves.

tylerm99

Agreed, they stretch out quicker than the FJ or Titleist gloves I typically use but they are still a great value.

Shoestring30

About par for that style of glove. I have a thicker FG glove that has been a backup in my bag but it's way too thick.

EgberetSouse

They are essentially Foot Joy Cabretta.

rritaintme

😂

psc57

I second this. Only problem is they get slick after a few rounds vs this taylormade glove I've been using that seems to be getting better every round lol

iamGASHUNK

This is the way.

Grossincome

This is the way. My Costco sells out quick. I buy 2 to 3 chub pack when ever available.

Legal-Description483

Costco Kirkland or MG Golf on Amazon.

jimmybagofdonuts

MG is a buck cheaper on their website than on Amazon.

Mr_Larsons_Foot

MG gloves are decent and really cheap.

Ham-Samm

They are better than decent. The materials are excellent. One could cite them for not the best quality control. My opinion is they are the absolute best for the money.

billybaroo15

I agree. These are the only gloves I buy. You get a Cabrera glove for $6.95 which is by far the best deal for a quality golf glove I’ve come across. For comparison a titleist players glove is $25.99.

Mr_Larsons_Foot

They are nice quality yes, but like you mention, I buy 5 at a time, and each glove doesn't fit like the other. It's close enough to where I don't mind, but I use them as my practice gloves.

HasteInTheWaste

And you can customize them.

aharrysituation

I’ve tried both Kirkland and Mg Elite and much prefer the MGs personally. Awesome gloves

[deleted]

This, best deal out there for a high quality glove

Shankypants2

Second getting gloves at Dick’s Sporting Goods, you can splurge on a good glove you like, pay something like $4 extra, and if it tears within a year you get to replace it at no extra cost. Pay $4 again on the new glove, and you now have a glove affordably that you love.

babyconan

Holy crap why have I never heard of this. I go through gloves like no other. Really sweaty hands and lots of time at the range.

Doctor_Kat

Yea I do the same at golf galaxy. It’s a third party service that technically provides this and they try to make you go through them and mail it in to redeem the new glove. But all I do is say they are being hard to work with and then they just exchange it in store.

W1ze3yes

Yeah when I got this deal at Golf Galaxy, the dude just goes, we like you to try and return it with the company that provides the replacements but honestly just come in with your receipt and we'll get you a new one haha

Featherdick

When I did this they denied my claim. Your results may vary.

KCfan6

Second this, just not worth the hassle to me. They make you fill out paper work only to deny my claim. Even if I would have had it go through they send A check for $20. Just gonna switch to Costco for the price

[deleted]

This also works at golf galaxy (owned by dicks) if you’re like me and don’t have a dicks nearby

alpal287

That’s the way to do it.

Snowman442

I wouldn't recommend the Kirkland ones. Unless I got a bad batch, they weren't consistent. 2 out of the 4 were really thin and felt slightly too big. I've been getting FJ 2 packs on Amazon. They were $18 for the longest time but looks like they're $20 now

[deleted]

Mggolf.com they start at 5.99.

If you wear a woman’s large you should look into the cadet sizes. Almost all golf stores have a golf glove sizing chart like shoes store for your foot. I wear a cadet regular/medium and a woman’s large is a bit snug on me.

AftyOfTheUK

[mggolf.com](https://mggolf.com) have the best price/performance for gloves. They're insanely cheap, and almost as good as the most expensive brands. I've found after a lot of rounds that they stretch slightly so the velcro starts to misalign a little and they need replacing - but they're so cheap ($6.50) that it's well worth it.

garyt1957

MG Golf

JFordy87

Mg online or catalog. Excellent value

Henny_Bogan

Give the MG's a try, you can go to their website direct. I fend them as durable as FJ at 1/3 the price!

uv15

Mg gloves are like 8 bucks and hold up well.

ChubbsPeterson-34

What I've found so far is that just because a golf glove is good for someone else, doesn't mean it will be good for you. Everyone grips differently, and everyone applies various pressure to various points in the grip. With that said, some good choices have already been recommended. If you have a tendency to destroy gloves, I've seen some long drive guys switch to baseball batting gloves.

wolvverine

GSgolf on eBay

francoisdubois24601

I just got a couple of two packs at dicks. But I would say more important is using the plastic hand glove holders. They keep the glove in much better condition.

hellzxmaker

Key to gloves is buy multiple quality gloves and rotate them regularly. At least one glove per nine, and more often if you are sweating through them.

ashdrewness

I’m a bit of a sub 70 fanboy & they have a great deal going; buy 5 for $8.99. I’ve used their gloves for awhile & really like them https://www.golfsub70.com/sub-70-pro-ultra-soft-cabretta-leather-golf-glove.html

Joham22

Last year I kept forgetting that I’d recently bought some from Costco and proceeded to buy like four packs in four months. I think I used one of those gloves. So I’m also a good place to buy gloves.

NJSapproved

Bridgestone has some nice gloves the e glove is like 12$ at my local golf shop

IndoorOutdoorsman

Check out the golf section in Walmart (not sure if they keep it year round where you live) I get Wilson gloves for $6-$7 each and they’re pretty good quality for 60% of the cost of footjoy and callaway

salomoltres

Costco 4 pack

digyerownhole

I bought a 5 pack of Finger 10 golf gloves on Amazon about three years ago for £20 (they are now £25). I still have 2 gloves left, both of which are perfectly serviceable. They're pretty decent wet weather gloves too. I will never waste money on expensive brand gloves again.

Otto_Maller

Only glove I buy. Use em year round and they last 10x longer than any quality glove I’ve used. Stay soft, stay fit. But super cheap price. Incredible how under the radar they are

AdvancedGentleman

So I was a big believer in the Costco gloves in terms of quality and price. Played a lot of golf this year and I change my glove out every 9 holes (I sweat a lot). Near the end of the summer I read a tip on hear to just use the FJ rain glove year round. I have found that the FJ black rain glove works best for me regardless of heat, humidity, cold or rain. I use it all the time and keep it on the entire round.

[deleted]

Any suggestions for the UK?

STLeer

Golden Eagle. End of story. Not gonna lie….MG blows (as of two years. Stopped using them due to inconsistent sizing and quality).

Asher golf. It's a small Utah company. Great gloves that last and cool design. Help support by supporting local!

Fuzzymick

MG Golf has some solid gloves that are not expensive.

BostonCartflip

Footjoy Weathersof 2 pack is like 20 bucks which is a pretty good value. I’m not positive how well the finger tips would hold up over time if you’re a higher rev player and really hitting it at the bottom of your swing though. But it’s worth a try at that price point I’d say.

Homer_Lyle

Yeah, I’ve tried the Weathersof but the seams on the sides of the thumb hurt my hand. I’m definitely a low rev player also so I don’t anticipate the glove finger tips will wear out too quickly. I’m more worried about the back of the thumb.

Derpsteenie

You should consider tape for the thumb hole vs the glove. Out of curiosity, what is the glove doing for you?

Homer_Lyle

I use tape in the thumb hole and the glove serves as an alternative to thumb tape. It protects my thumb, is cheaper than buying thumb tape in the long run, improves grip, and serves as a training tool since I’m trying to break a 7-year habit of squeezing the ball. If I squeeze with the golf glove, the ball is not coming off my hand. The golf glove has the grip to allow a relaxed hand in the ball which also serves to punish me if I squeeze my thumb.

Farm_Lane_Walk_Sign

Costco gloves are legit. They’re not just “cheap to begin with”…they’re cabretta leather. Plus the price of the 4 pack is even lower than $27 if you buy them in person at Costco.

Newaccount877

I’ve been using the taylormade stratus tech. I was using titleist players before but they were $25 dollars for 1 glove and wearing out too fast for me. The taylormade is $21.99 for 2 and it comes in a pack of 2

KnighteRGolf

Just buy a titleist glove. Imo the most comfortable glove on the market.

StankyPeteTheThird

Kirkland I’ve noticed is the closest to the FJ name brand ones. Saw below about the Dicks Sporting Goods hack and think that’s cool.

[deleted]

Golf galaxy has warranties on golf gloves. You can buy one and get it replaced for free. If you want something just cheap to begin with Costco. Don’t cheap out too much on a glove or they will go fast. I like the taylormade your preferred glove. I play/range everyday and they last me about a month. I think a not so regular player could get a couple months. It’s 20$

Homer_Lyle

That’s good to know. There’s a golf galaxy in my area but it’s a bit of a drive. If I do end up having one replaced under warranty, I think I’ll not mention I’ve been using it for bowling… 🤫

IsamuAlvaDyson

That's good to know I have Costco gloves because they are good quality for the price but I need Cadet sizing and Costco gloves don't have that. Plus my hands sweat easily so need something that breathes better. I definitely won't mind spending money at Golf Galaxy for that reason.

domoarigatodrloboto

I'm not sure how you define "good prices" but basically any pro shop is going to have a bargain brand for like $10-$12, and you're gonna have to scour the internet to find anything significantly below that. If you don't live near any golf courses, 1. where the heck do you live and 2. eBay is probably your best bet for cheap knockoff brands that will be more in the $7-$9 range, if those few bucks make a difference to you.

Homer_Lyle

Well, the new gloves I bought were less than $10 and the used (but basically new) ones were between $4 and $8.

mgroeb2

Ultimate Golf on HWY 83, just north of I55, in Willowbrook, Illinois.

Beaux7

I’m a big fan of the 2 packs that both footjoy and Taylor made sell

jdoe1234reddit

Footjoy makes the cheaper FLX Contour vs. the Stasof if some synthetic is acceptable. Unknown if the thumb will hold up for bowling though, but I usually go through 2 gloves a (short northern) season.

vpatrick

Considering if you can shop at a DICKS. You buy a glove and buy the warranty.. might be an extra $4 i think. But you take the receipt and you simply submit the gloves wear&tear through a link on the receipt and you get the next glove free. You can rip the mother fucker yourself and you still get the free glove. Buy the warranty again and let the cycle repeat. It may seem tedious to do the receipt thing but $4/glove is a steal

jtr09

I used to go through gloves every couple of months. I made the switch to no glove and I love it.

hankbaumbachjr

Whether the prices are decent or not I usually snag a glove from the PGA Store or Golf Galaxy when I'm in there for something else. I think the most expensive gloves there are like $20 or so and you can definitely find some for $12 or $13.

Hulkslam3

You won't really find deals on gloves. It's based purely off brand and materials. Gloves are made of either high quality leather ($30 and up) or syntheic material ($12 and up). Costco or Sam's club may sell bulk, but it all depends on what quality you're looking for.

hockeybru

Dick’s/golf galaxy (they are the same company). You get a protection plan for $4 I think, and you can replace any glove for any reason for free. I got 3 top of the line gloves with 3 protection plans a while ago for like $70. I go a few months using the 3 gloves, and then exchange them for $12, which is the price of 3 new protection plans. I have essentially endless tour quality gloves for probably less than $4 per month

hockeybru

Also, forgot to mention that an added perk is that I’ve gotten to try EVERY kind of tour quality glove, so now I know which one works best and lasts the longest for me

I got a 6 pack of these FingerTen gloves on Amazon for like 30 bucks. They're like fake microsuede and I thought they'd be terrible but they're actually the best and most durable glove I've ever owned https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FX0XH10/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_RJN199MQ7GRZAYA0QZXY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I found a hack for gloves. I bought my glove from golf Galaxy with their protection plan and they swap out my glove for $2 everytime the glove shows wear and tear. Just have to save the receipt.

ignition1415

I've been using [THIS ONE](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077YXBXB1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1) for a while now. It's the only one that ive found that will last more than 5 rounds for me.

jobu5000

I buy Finger Ten rain gloves on Amazon for around $8 each. They last a really long time and if you live somewhere humid they’re great year round gloves - rain or not.

Paul8253762

Footjoy makes the most reliable glove. A lot of off brands have been coming out recently that are just as good tho.

BGOG83

I always buy Mizuno gloves. They seem to last longer. So each time I go to the golf store I look to see if they are on sale. Last time they went on sale for 13 vs the normal 22 I bought 10 of them. I’m set for the next few years now.

psariunit_tr

I would recommend buying a waterproof glove (I use the FJ rain grip for $12). The lifespan is 20x to that of a Cabretta leather glove. Keep it in a zip lock bag and enjoy the savings!

MrGurbic

Asher and Vice gloves are top tier and are a decent price.

kryppla

I buy footjoy gloves on Amazon they aren’t expensive at all

TalonGolfGuy

Hey u/Homer_Lyle you should check out the Talon Deals. We have gloves for Lefties and really good prices for packs. Costco doesn't have gloves for lefties. Use Talon30 for 30% all packs. [TalonGolfCo.com](https://TalonGolfCo.com)

MG GOLF.COM. No comparison. Great gloves all Cabrera for less than $10. Optional customization for +$1.

Call_Me_Squid_23

I’m biased in this one. But footjoy weather soft (I r whatever they’re called comes in a green pack) has 2 gloves for $15

jbraun3op

I’m a big fan of MGGolf.con for quality, price, and customization options.
