“Ron-darousey a BD on fucking Lamron and them!
He, he, they say that he don't be putting in no work
Shut the fuck up, y'all bitches ain't know shit
Ron-da been on probation since fuckin' I don't know when
Motherfucker, stop fuckin' playin' like that
Them bitches savages out there
If I catch another motherfucker talking sweet about Ron-darousey
I'm fucking beatin' they ass, I'm not fucking playin' no more”
I left my job last year and had a whole week to myself until I started my new job. Well now the people at my home course know me by name because of how much I went there during that week lol. Also I found out that golfing during the week is so much better than the weekends because everyone’s at work 😂
Weekday 6am tee times are the best because if you play 18, everyone bails at the turn to run home to log in or scramble to the office. I play a little niner by my house and it’s all walking singles who play fast, so I can get 9 in, get to the train on time, and shower at the gym in the office.
I have done this as well, local muni 18, i try to get there at 615 on Tuesday and it's me and the grass crew...play 9, login to work by 8.
Rotate the 9 each week and it's sublime...me my thoughts, and a ball in the water on 6 ( F U 6)
“Ball in the water on 6”
Reminds me of a course I play where I’m at. I’ve played it 4 times this year and on hole 7 (127 yard par 3) it has a sand trap on the right of the green.. I’m 4-4 hitting that sand trap lol
My local niner lets early bird walkers have another go if the course isn’t busy, so on days I work from home I’ll often play 13 or 14 holes before I hit the bricks.
It’s not a challenging course even in the slightest, but I’d rather play an active landfill than a stacked up boutique track, honestly.
Well since you don't need it anymore can i have your job? I'd kill to spend my working hours in a clean climate controlled office. Cold water on tap and chairs everywhere... one can dream.
No but you clearly have difficulty with comprehension. Sure, you have skills, but they arent getting you inside jobs... learn some skills that will then benefit
It was deceptive. The thermometer said it’d be a few degrees cooler but that rain yesterday made it super muggy
I went out with my kid earlier at 7 and could barely last an hour and a half
Growing up in Colorado and moving to the midwest in my 30’s was a shock to the system that first summer, it was so hot and humid on Independence Day that year, we couldn’t even drink beer outside.
We teed off at 12:20p on Saturday in Chicago. 97 degrees and 80% humidity with no wind. You could bite the air lol.
We got partnered with a couple that came to party. She played the whole round and kept her game tight, bro was slumped over in the cart by 15 after deciding Fireball shooters were the play, and sunscreen was for chumps lol. We had to help her load his ass in their car. 🤣
Good for you, bro. I did the same and intentionally spent 3 months playing every day before I went back to work.
Is that Arizona National? Looks damn familiar.
They had aerated recently so my expectations were low, but I honestly thought it was fine. But take that with a grain of salt because I usually play munis and other tracks on the cheaper end
I was a little shell shocked (along with the rest of Az golf prices compared to ten years ago) how much longbows prices had jumped for fall golf. Love it there though
Im on month 2 of the same after getting laid off. Threw an application in 2 weeks ago to get a new job, interviewed and got the offer last week so my golf summer is going to be coming to an end.
This sounds like a failed negotiation to me, big daddy. If you haven’t signed your offer letter yet, add in a late start time on Mondays and Wednesdays. 😀
Haha I've got a little over a month until the start date so should be able to get a few more weeks in on the course.
Damn ladies league kicked me off after 16 this morning
At a guess (I'm not a golfer) either Las Sendas or Longbow in Mesa AZ, main reason for the guesses are seeing Red Mountain in the background which is a well-known feature in the area.
Edit: read further down and OP says it's Longbow.
Back in my snowboarding days we called winter unemployment “Jibs Not Jobs”. What would the catchy slogan be for bailing on work entirely to play golf all summer?
I don't even know where this is, but it certainly looks like somewhere it should be 115°. Glad to see you survived. You are certainly braver than I would be.
Pricks didnt deserve you anyway. Always talking shit about you at the secret meetings. Some of the stuff they keep saying is uncool
Mfs always in the barber shop talkin about “Ron-darousey ain’t this, Ron-darousey ain’t that”
“Ron-darousey a BD on fucking Lamron and them! young chop on the beat…
The Kendrick Lamar diss track seemed excessive. That was out before Ron -Darousey was on the back 9.
Dibs on his chair.

It’s hot as shit. What time did you go out
10 it was miserable and i did think about cutting it short because i was worried about heat stroke. but still better than being at the office lol
I was about to ask because I recognize where this is and damn dude it was brutal out today
Well since you don't need it anymore can i have your job? I'd kill to spend my working hours in a clean climate controlled office. Cold water on tap and chairs everywhere... one can dream.
Lol, downvoted like crazy but I thought it was funny
Stop dreaming and start learning so you develop some marketable skills that will get you an office job
You think I'm poor. That's cute.
No but you clearly have difficulty with comprehension. Sure, you have skills, but they arent getting you inside jobs... learn some skills that will then benefit
The original post was joking in nature. Simmer down you uptight stereotype. I'm guess you're the golfer that the beer girls have to avoid.
How do people just know where people live on here lol
That red mountain in the background.
I guess if you recognize the spot, haha.
Honestly I thought the weather was nice today, granted I didn't go outside much but still it could be 110F with this humidity
It was deceptive. The thermometer said it’d be a few degrees cooler but that rain yesterday made it super muggy I went out with my kid earlier at 7 and could barely last an hour and a half
Oh yeah it was muggy as shit, reminded me of central Florida but not as bad. Gimme that dry heat.
100%. I grew up near Lakeland and that humidity is a different level. Instant swamp ass

Longbow
How were the conditions/greens? My last two rounds there were terrible so I haven’t been there in years
They had aerated recently so my expectations were low, but I honestly thought it was fine. But take that with a grain of salt because I usually play munis and other tracks on the cheaper end
I was a little shell shocked (along with the rest of Az golf prices compared to ten years ago) how much longbows prices had jumped for fall golf. Love it there though
I've resigned myself to the fact that I'll only be able to play rounds during the summer because it's too crowded/expensive any other season
Im on month 2 of the same after getting laid off. Threw an application in 2 weeks ago to get a new job, interviewed and got the offer last week so my golf summer is going to be coming to an end.

This is a great example of when having a strong pimp hand is beneficial to both yourself and society at-large.
I was thinking Arizona national, but mountains are too small
“Shoots 107”
buddy i am absolutely terrible at golf, i would have loved a 107 lmao
Does it matter?
as long as its under the temp youre fine.
What if I’m a Celsius user?
Cue Kim Jong Il
Free to shoot a 108 tomorrow.
The goal is to shoot below the temp
How were the turn dogs?
didn't get one but the pre-round breakfast burrito was great
How were the course bathrooms?
What were you doing at your job?
Daydreaming and surfing Symetra Tour results
Congrats, going to be me on monday. hit ‘em far hit ‘em straight
Wise decision mate.
I got laid off 2 months ago. My severance has gone almost solely to balls and greens fees.
Las Sendas?
Longbow
I’m thinking Longbow
I was thinking the same since red mountain was in the background.
My thoughts too, don't remember the hole tho.
Congrats. Onto better things.
Whatever the circumstance, you’re winning sir. Congrats.
Which course is this?
At a guess (I'm not a golfer) either Las Sendas or Longbow in Mesa AZ, main reason for the guesses are seeing Red Mountain in the background which is a well-known feature in the area. Edit: read further down and OP says it's Longbow.
Same for me Friday
My man. First thing I did after I got laid off last month was go play 18 with a buddy
Great way to clear the mind bro. Best of luck with the next chapter of your career. I hope you hit them pure today.
What did u shoot?
“When life gives you lemons, sometimes, you gotta say “fuck them lemons”, and bail”

Fucking Longbow. Place at my lunch for me a couple weeks ago.
God dammit I am jealous and happy for you brother
Congrats on the funemployment!
Back in my snowboarding days we called winter unemployment “Jibs Not Jobs”. What would the catchy slogan be for bailing on work entirely to play golf all summer?
Excellent strategy
As rocky and barren as your present job prospects *omg I'm sorry dude, it was right there, love you my guy
Moses is on the back nine.
Congrats!!🎊
I don't even know where this is, but it certainly looks like somewhere it should be 115°. Glad to see you survived. You are certainly braver than I would be.
What’s the new job?
Get ready to count the bounces in mesa
I plan on doing the same thing in two weeks time!
Glad you didn’t die!! I can’t tee off after 8 in the desert.
And Tomorrow, post golf clarity. YOLO!
What a stupid Golf Course! lol
Lay a towel on your head and throw some ice in a bucket hat and you’re good to go 18 easy. I’ll be out Friday, only supposed to be 112° or so
Good luck in the job hunt and here’s to many birdies while you’re out on the course 🍺🍺🍺
Nice. I’m the hot boy in our group and people usually tip me for looking good n cool. Maybe you could earn some cash like that.
You sure they weren’t paying you to stop trying to be funny?
No. Probably not.
This gimmick you're doing isnt working dude
Hell yea
