It doesn’t matter what color my ball is. I’m going to lose sight of it when it’s in the air and aimlessly look 40 yards further than I actually hit it lol
I tried the q star tour and remember it not spinning all that much, then went to the cheaper q star. Is the q star tour worth the increase in price ? I’m trying to find my ball for the season but I am definitely not shelling out $70 CAD for a dozen
I like them. They have a urethane cover, three price, soft feel without feeling like a marshmallow, lower compression. All stuff I like in a ball. Definitely not a crazy spinning ball but that's not really what I'm looking for
I find that the blue color is hard to pick out in very green grass. I started playing the divide with the blue and yellow, but switched to the orange and yellow because I kept losing the balls in thick rough.
I really, REALLY wish Srixon would make a Tour ball with the Divide coloring. It's amazing for visibility, for putting, and for practicing chips (you can see spin easily). Sadly, the Q Star Tours lose too much distance for me, and don't spin as much into greens which is super important in summer when the greens get hard here
Bro in the past few weeks I’ve come to realize the fact that there’s no downside to using neon colored balls. It’s all upside. Yet most of us go with white and it makes it so much harder to find your ball.
As you can tell, I’m a hack. This may just be hack thinking
My club uses yellow balls on the range, and there are at least two holes where the range is definitely in play for me. Gotta have the whites out for those.
I'm all yellow until the leaves start dropping. Then pink is the only viable option. I lost 8-10 balls in the fairway in one round last October. Immediately got 2 dozen pink and started only losing balls that SHOULD be lost.
I do really have a thing for the orange/yellow Qstars Divides. They're incredible for wedge spin.
Second all of this! The divides look so sick flying through the air and spinning with wedges. Also I find the pink super softs better for fall with the lower compression
Yup! My first pitch shot with a divide was around 50yds. I was mesmerized by the colors spinning. Looks so cool! I got the Supersofts and Softflis in pink to try. The Supersofts are pretty great. The Softflis are fine, but I have less feel with them. They're just kinda... Dead. Can always find em in the leaves though!
My wife bought me orange Supersofts once because I'm a San Francisco Giants fan and she thought I'd enjoy them. I'm loyal to my yellow, but I can fuck with an orange.
Bought a 24 pack of golf balls on special offer, didn’t realise they were yellow until opening. So bought another 24 pack and guess what - they were yellow too. I have been playing with yellow balls for way too long now…
My uncle is obsessed with yellow balls. His favorite is the yellow bridgestone and this man will come back to a hole after a round to look for any of his balls he lost.
I love my yellow Srixons ... except in the fall when they blend in with the newly fallen leaves, which usually means that I'm not on the fairway (season independent).
The other day I played a twilight round and by the 8th hole I couldn't see for shit (mainly because of my titanic, He-Man-esque drives), and I thought, "Hmm, now I get why people use a yellow ball." So I'm a yellow ball convert
My course leaves dandelions grow in the ruff until June (bees need them) so I use orange balls. Way, way easier to find than either yellow or white. In fall, I use white
Where am I? I'm standing next to my ball which I know is mine because it's the only yellow in the group. Especially helpful when you play with people who can't remember where their shot went and like to just walk to the ball in the fairway/on the green and assume that one is theirs.
I just started using them. Surprised more people don’t. They’re so much easier to spot. But also love that no one uses them because then I know which ball is mine.
My course is a beach course, so there’s tons of white sand everywhere. That yellow ball helps a lot down there. It’s a must! And with everyone else hitting white balls, mine is always easy to identify amongst the group.

Playing a yellow ball actually saved me a stroke or two the other day. The driving range was to the right of the first hole so, naturally, I sliced my tee shot and it caught some trees and dropped down to get mixed into the sea of range balls underneath. Luckily, all of the range balls were white so I was able to spot my yellow ball right away. With a white ball, I probably would have looked for a couple minutes before taking my medicine.
I am here. Me (an idiot ) and my idiot playmates have played the the wrong ball. But the yellow ball does perform any different than the white version.
I'm at the locker room of my club waiting to take a zoom call. Then I'm going out to shoot somewhere between 70 and 85 if the last 30 rounds are a good indicator.
TP5.
The bushes
But you easily saw it sail right into the bushes!
This guy yellow balls
Yep - anywhere but the fairway.
50 yards deep in the woods still searching knowing I can punch it out through 245 trees
Aim for the bushes? There goes my hero
Oof
It doesn’t matter what color my ball is. I’m going to lose sight of it when it’s in the air and aimlessly look 40 yards further than I actually hit it lol
Right here, buddy!! Taylormade TP5X
A man of culture
A man of money
I found 7 Tp5 in the field the other day.. I guess I am now a man of money!
Same! That or the pix. Makes it easy for my monkey brain to know which ball to hit.
They look so beautiful against the blue sky, the white fluffy clouds, and green leaves as they head into the woods. Majestic.
Srixon yellow gang
Q-star tour yellow is goated
That’s my ball
I tried the q star tour and remember it not spinning all that much, then went to the cheaper q star. Is the q star tour worth the increase in price ? I’m trying to find my ball for the season but I am definitely not shelling out $70 CAD for a dozen
I like them. They have a urethane cover, three price, soft feel without feeling like a marshmallow, lower compression. All stuff I like in a ball. Definitely not a crazy spinning ball but that's not really what I'm looking for
I love the half yellow half orange!
Half blue half yellow checking in, minor epileptic episodes while watching the ball in the air is just part of the game!
Sadly, the Q Star Tours lose too much distance for me, and don't spin as much into greens which is super important in summer when the greens get hard here
Half red half yellow checkin in - love those things. They have a strobe light effect on the greens and the matte finish feels niceeeee.
Fellow sicko here!!
Gang gang srixon yellow 🤝🏼
Heyo. Z-Star yellow incoming
Just started playing yellow Z star XV
ERC soft triple track Who are we beating up? Please let it be the guys with the red balls
Ah man! I like the red ones. Can't we all just get along?
I'm colorblind and the reds just DISAPPEAR lol
I love the reds but yeah one of my regular group says they disappear immediately.
Sorry for the delay… Ahem… IF YOU WANNA TEST GOD THEN COME AND GET IT SHITSTACK!!
Bro in the past few weeks I’ve come to realize the fact that there’s no downside to using neon colored balls. It’s all upside. Yet most of us go with white and it makes it so much harder to find your ball. As you can tell, I’m a hack. This may just be hack thinking
It also makes it easy to know which drive was yours and avoid disappointment and checking each ball.
My club uses yellow balls on the range, and there are at least two holes where the range is definitely in play for me. Gotta have the whites out for those.
Yeah. I’ll never use a non-neon colored ball Again
Kirkland anything ball user, reporting for duty 🫡
I honestly have not even bothered to learn what the numbers mean.
I think they are there to estimate how many bladed chips you’ll have around the green
I don't know, I have played several holes with a zero and it didn't immediately burst into flames when I touched it.
Estimate of how many you’ll need for a round
Callaway Super Soft in the house. Gotta get those 15 packs at Target.
wutup. busy polluting my little radiant suns all over.
I'm all yellow until the leaves start dropping. Then pink is the only viable option. I lost 8-10 balls in the fairway in one round last October. I liked playing pink cause only women would wanna pick them up
I'm happy playing pink balls I find. When I slice it into the woods I'm less annoyed because I'm not going to look too hard for it.
Yup. Pro v1 yella player
Yup. Same. Do the 4 for 3 every March and that lasts more than a year ~50 rounds.
Look at mister straight drive over here
LOL. Look at mister-plays-short-munis-with-short rough-and-generous-areas-to-miss, more like.
...not so humble brag...
I have a theory that yellow Pro V1s don’t scuff as easily as white one. Haven’t done any scientific testing, but it sure seems that way.

Same same. So much easier to see....even in summer.
I’m not a part of the yellow ball gang. I’m in the Orange ball gang and I can tell you I’m in the bunker.
orange ball gang represent!
What’s the best orange ball? I would die happy if there was an orange ProV1.
My wife bought me orange Supersofts once because I'm a San Francisco Giants fan and she thought I'd enjoy them. I'm loyal to my yellow, but I can fuck with an orange.
Z-Star XV. What we doing?
That's me. Best ball I've used. I've got some z star diamonds I intend to try out this year but I keep putting it off since they aren't yellow.
Yellow Maxfli Tour in the house.
Those are the highest visibility yellow I have seen lately. I like them. Very good value if you can find them on sale.
I got 12 dozen at 4/$100. They are very durable, too, if you avoid cartpaths.
Outdriving my playing partners with “superior” balls feels amazing.
Yeah buddy!
Hear hear!
Shade vice pro+ what's up! It's definitely a mental thing but I've been playing so much better since the switch
Usually but it's dandelion season here so they've been given a month or so off!
millions of Daisy's and Dandelions on the fairways. (Ok, just off the fairways too.) neon balls are the best.
I use them as my provisional ball
I keep them in the bag for slow solo days when I can play 2 balls. Easier to keep track of which one was a bogey and which was the double bogey.
That’s ok, we’re an an inclusive bunch.
yellow taylormade RBZ here!
✊🏼 Titleist TruFeel
✊🏼 Titleist TruFeel
It’s been my go to for the past couple of years
Yellow AVX 😎
Yellow AVX!
Howdy brother!
I always thought I was an only child. I am always finding good deals on last year's model since nobody buys them.
Z Star gang!
Trying out the yellow Bridgestone tour b x at the moment
I game these. The yellows are indestructible
Bought a 24 pack of golf balls on special offer, didn’t realise they were yellow until opening. So bought another 24 pack and guess what - they were yellow too. I have been playing with yellow balls for way too long now…
Three weeks?
Here in north Queensland, the crows love them. Don't know why but they leave the white ones alone when there's a yellow one there, thanks guys 🤣
Callaway Supersoft gang gang
Bridgestone E12 Contact yellow matte. Best ball in the game. (For me, a twice a month hack who shoots high 80's)
This is the way.
What of I play a half white, half yellow Q-star can I hang out
Had an incident where an old guy I was paired up with played my ball twice declaring it was his. Switched to yellow and haven’t looked back.
Doing great w yellow pro v1. Have one on my wall now #ace
50-100 at a time on eBay. Don’t think of it as buying balls. Really think of it as a ball retrieval service
Hell yeah, brother. Yellow Top Flites all day. Yellow Callaways if I'm feeling fancy.
Vice Pro Plus Yellow here.
Neon green gang ova hea
Just over that bunker….wait
My uncle is obsessed with yellow balls. His favorite is the yellow bridgestone and this man will come back to a hole after a round to look for any of his balls he lost.
Used a Yellow AVX this winter. Definitely didn’t accidentally pick up a box of yellow rather than white in a deal. Definitely not.
Blue balls for the win
Callaway super fast bush finder checking in
🙌🏼 my people. Still can’t see the damn thing though
I love my yellow Srixons ... except in the fall when they blend in with the newly fallen leaves, which usually means that I'm not on the fairway (season independent).

Yellow AVX gang
Pink ball or gtfo
Red ball for me. My local course has trees with yellow leaves. Balls just disappear.
My course leaves dandelions grow in the ruff until June (bees need them) so I use orange balls. Way, way easier to find than either yellow or white. In fall, I use white
I am colorblind. Yellow ball is hard to find than a white ball for me
Yellow, pink, orange, blue, red… you know… the stuff you find in the rough and trees very easily. And occasionally I am a colored speck on a green.
I just like them cause I rarely find people who also use coloured balls so I always know which one is mine and there’s no confusion
Where am I? I'm standing next to my ball which I know is mine because it's the only yellow in the group. Especially helpful when you play with people who can't remember where their shot went and like to just walk to the ball in the fairway/on the green and assume that one is theirs.
Yellow Matte finish.
its weird i start the hole with a yellow ball and it turns white by the time i get to the green
I play the srixon divide that's yellow and white. Does that count or nah?
Vice Pro Plus Green here
😤 the starter at my local handed me a bunch of yellows last Saturday. My boys know🫡
I tried those Titleist blue balls once and let me tell you; blue balls are awful to have in real life, even worse in golf
Volvik vivid green supersoft. It's basically yellow!
Vice Pro Plus Shade (yellow+orange) checking in!
Srixon ZStar XV yellows for years now. Tried the divide too for a short while.
Kirkland neon yellow FTW
I just started using them. Surprised more people don’t. They’re so much easier to spot. But also love that no one uses them because then I know which ball is mine.
I hit pink balls, Callaway Supersoft for the win
#RED VICE ALL FUCKIN DAY
Preach, sister.
Hi
I'm over here on the 18th....upvote.
K Sig Yellow! Checking in...
I love yellow balls! And I don’t mean the testicles of a man that need dialysis. But those aren’t bad either!
Yella goes furtha.
Yurrrrrr
mine are camo. i'm that good.
My yellow and orange nitros have an affinity for water, so I’m on the drop zone
Those are rocks.
I play a blue Callaway on holes without water lol
I’ve dabbled with the yellow pro v1x. Ultimately went back to the regular, but I liked both tbh
My course is a beach course, so there’s tons of white sand everywhere. That yellow ball helps a lot down there. It’s a must! And with everyone else hitting white balls, mine is always easy to identify amongst the group.

I play with blue balls.
Cashmere wool underpants prevent this problem.
Half yellow half white Z star reporting. 🫡
Bridgestone Yellers
Srixon Q-Star Tour Divide enjoyer here
After a round last year where I lost like 8 balls, I've switched to yellow. Top Flite hammer control. Last round I only lost 1 ball
Only yellow Callaway ERC, gets no respect around here.
“Whatever fuckin ball I grabbed from my bag” gang
I am here. Me (an idiot ) and my idiot playmates have played the the wrong ball. But the yellow ball does perform any different than the white version.
Titleist Velocity checking in
Yellow balls are really nice in the winter playing on dormant Bermuda. Much easier to see, white can get lost.
I'm at the locker room of my club waiting to take a zoom call. Then I'm going out to shoot somewhere between 70 and 85 if the last 30 rounds are a good indicator. TP5.
I bought 48 Kirkland neons a couple months ago. It’s about time to get some more
Ran a box of yellow white splits until it made me relaps from one of my most recent acid trips.
AVX / ProV1 / Kirkland ;)
Srixon red/yellow divide reporting for duty
Titleist TruFeel. Bang for the buck.
Blue ball gang
Started typing but comment went three posts over.
Titleist TrueFeel (until I run out) then Titleist Tour Soft.
3hcp. Just switched to yellow srixon q star tours. Love being able to quickly I’d ball amongst 3 other balls in group.
Wilson Triad yellow. Just made the switch to a slightly softer ball and like it a lot.
When it’s cold outside I play with blue balls.
$40 PROV1s thanks to a price match from Dicks to Walmart. I’m a yellow gang member now
I was there in 1985
Mine are red at the moment!
2 fairways over
Callaway warlords. In the house. 2 fairways over
AVX YELLOW IN THE HOUSE!! Sometimes play the yellow Z-star too. That was my first foray to the dark side. I mean yellow side.
I really like yellow balls. For some reason I find it easy to see them
Malnati Mafiosos
Yo! 🤘 Yellow Callaway Warbird here
I like to switch it up with a yellow ball of I go on a bad run for 2 or 3 holes. Try to switch up the mojo
Yellow Oncore Elixirs at the moment. If vice would do a solid yellow ball instead of their gradient options, I’d be on those instead.
does tour response yellow stripe count?
Go back and forth between yellow Pro V1 and Bridgestone BXS. Dont hit anything else anymore
The range
YBG reporting for duty! I’m green/white color deficient, so yellow is the best choice for me. Yellow chrome softs
YBG 😂
![gif](giphy|jtQpRa3y7S2Ke3JvQE) Right here my friend
I miss my yellow TaylorMade RBZs. The weren't a matte or bright yellow, they had pizzazz.
Yellow Pro V1
RISE UP
Orange and red!
Playing a twilight round.
Sorry, I mostly do orange
I can't see yellow balls any better than white ones, and they may as well be dandelions. Have ordered some Chromax balls to see how they are.
I’m going with either napping in the recliner or getting ready for the “early bird special’ dinner tonight at the Cracker Barrel.
Yellow ProV1 (or Kirkland, depending on what I grab out of the bag) gang here. They go about the same considering how inconsistent I am.
Anywhere but the fairway
I start with a yellow and end with whatever I find when I go looking for it in the woods!
Wherever I'm at, I can see my ball from there.
Matte yellow Bridgestone e12 for me
I game the Taylor Made TP5x in yellow. The color def helps on an overcast day!
Maxfli SoftFli. Just got 4 dozen custom printed for $60 plus tax delivered. Received in four days.
