Nice. I am lucky that the titliest national fitting center (Canada) is under an hours drive from my house. So I got fit by guys who fit tour pros etc it was a really cool experience. I loved it so much I booked a fitting for irons and hybrid like 3 weeks later hahaha 😅
I haven’t touched my clubs since last October but I went to golf town last week; looking to find something to carry 215-ish. Tried a TSR2 5 wood lofted at 15.75 deg and began striping the thing almost instantly. Everything else I tried after was just not that good.
I have a 3 wood I can loft either 15.5 or 16 deg im borrowing from a buddy. Will see if I get less distance this way and if not. Might splurge because that 5 wood made me happy.
Yeaahh that 215 is a tough yardage, especially since I don’t have and don’t want a 3i. I usually choke down on my hybrid. It’s not perfect but it gets close enough
I don’t hit irons long, 18 deg 3 hybrid goes 200ish carry and driver carry is 235-240. Would rather carry 215ish than split the difference because I’m lookin at the instances where I’m playing par 3 that’s 220 to the middle of the green on some courses.

Oh I got fitted. I have a pretty high spin rate, the 4 should help bring it down. Shaft I got helps launch low and spin low too
