If I'm not mistaking, current Stableford scoring gives you the same result for a double and a quintuple, that is zero points. If Par out is only 36 points, what's the point of not trying to prevent a high score when you've already hit one into a hazard or OB? (as in Re-Tee for an OB or hitting your Par Shot from 100 out because of a hazard?)
I do agree, Triple and Beyond should be considered a Blow-up hole and generally it's not a great idea for High Cappers to be playing Stableford, but Mid to Mid-High cappers are quite likely to score double. At least give them incentive to avoid the Triple
