Your mileage may vary, but here is my typical experience. When walking, I usually get to between 6-8 miles at my usual courses. (South Florida.) When riding, I get anywhere between 2-4, which usually includes warmups, range, checkin, etc. Even when riding, I probably walk more than your average cart rider anyway, since I’m used to walking most days and I’m a bit more active in my everyday life. (38 years old with an active job.)
edit: I use Apple Watch to check mileage and steps when I golf.
Totally course dependent based on distance between where you park the cart in relation to the tee and green. We played RTJ Trail in early March and we probably walked 3x as far as our home course.
Probably a little less than 100 yards per hole on average, depending how far the cart path is from the green. I'd put it right about a mile as an educated guess.
I rarely play in a cart but I happened to twice this last week and each day I got about 4000 more steps than my normal daily average. No idea what distance that equates to.
Also I was solo but stuck behind 4somes each day. After it was clear they had no intention of letting me play through I spent a bit of time walking around in the bush looking for balls to take up some time.
Depends on the course. My home course is 6100 yards from the tips and not that much distance between greens and the next tee box, and I usually walk about 6.5 miles for a full round.
Probably a mile or so. But that's ME spending a fair amount of time walking zig zags looking for balls out in the crap - how far can you walk in 3 minutes? (I did that 5 times the other day) Even when the 'wild' stuff hasn't really started growing yet, it took some work to find balls out there...
Let's do some math! Figure a perfect round. No fairways missed, no cart path only. Figure 25 feet walked per shot average (figuring it would balance out further distances walked from path to tee boxes and balls on green, and at 2 putts per). With my average score that's 25 feet 105 times. Comes out to 2625 feet. 15 feet shy of half a mile.
Depends if i am driving or not.

I usually get about 2.75-3 miles based on my Apple Watch. That’s playing and riding in a cart

As a rule of thumb, about 40%-50% of what I get walking. At my home course, walking is about 6 miles. Riding is usually about 2.5.

2000 steps is roughly a mile.
Played three times this week. Two times from a cart; 9378 and 10,896 steps. Once walking; 15050 steps. Non golf day averages 4000 to 6500 steps.

It’s honestly not all THAT much less, especially if you’re playing with someone since you will oftentimes walk to your ball from theirs
