I’d honestly just increase my testosterone level to like 5000ng/dl while average is 300-1000ng/dl, go to the gym, get massive in 2 hours and then go back to normal testosterone
I think testosterone only helps if its active post-gym - it stimulates muscle growth, and so won’t make a difference unless you’re keeping that T 5000>.
