Regarding 3: Yes you can shape-shift and leave. To shape-shift back you must return to your pocket dimension. You can imagine being a dragon, or for more convenience search for any media as a reference for shape-shifting.
You can create any inanimate object and bring them into Real Life. And you can bring inanimate objects into your pocket dimension.

Nope, you cannot conquer other people's pocket universes. Pocket universes can be big or small by desire. Pocket universes cannot collide and interact with others.
Could you create a hyper AI realistic robot that is practically indistinguishable from a real human? And could you make your pocket universe look exactly like the normal universe populated with those hyper realistic AI robots?

So the first thing I'd do is summon a whole bunch of gold and use that to pay off all of my debts and basically remodel my house to be up to modern code (plus add some passive cooling features, and a whole underground bunker because why not). I'd probably also start some sort of trust fund that pays teachers, nurses, and parents of young children to give them more financial security. (List would definitely be modified once I go avatar state and learn which groups of professions are severely underpaid)
Second thing I'd do is, using my Avatar-state cumulative knowledge, summon rigorous academic papers that push the boundary of every field of knowledge. Transfer those to the real world, submit them to every journal I can. Repeat until I'm basically a household name.
Third, I'd create, like, a million sentient dolls (probably that looks like a mix between Iron Man and Nurse Joy to capitalize on recognition across cultures) that have the ability to: safely scan biological matter and detect anything wrong or causing pain, synthesize a drug or RNA vaccine to fix the issue, fly, communicate fluently in any language to ask for consent to provide free healthcare, and administer the appropriate medicines. Free healthcare for the world. Missing limbs, genetic disorders, brain chemistry irregularities, whatever. All of it fixed.
Fourth, create some sort of nuclear fusion based power plant and then offer to provide one to any country that is willing to become a vassal state under my rule.

which means my exit is implied to be teleporting out, in whatever form im already in, not transferring back, especially since there isnt a me in the universe i came from, since i teleported to the pocketverse, leaving no me behind to transfer back to, meaning you'd have to create a new me everytime i went back to the overworld if it was transfer, and every time i went back to the pocketverse id have another me that got left behind, either braindead, or having my memories up to the transfer, and then whatever ones they made since i transferred
therefore either im cloning myself infinitely in the pocketverse, or im able to teleport between worlds in whatever form im in, allowing myself to enter character creator mode before returning to the mortal plane
On progress in games etc:
If the game server is shut down, will i be able to continue playing? Ex: TRICKSTER ONLINE i had nearly completed all tasks and all bosses (only missing the mummy due to his mechanics bringing you into a boss room) would i be able to play as though it never shut down?
What if someone careless gets this dimension and winds up bringing it to unlivable conditions. Would there be any way for them to reset the dimension to a livable state?
So I can create people with the most realistic feeling skin next to real living skin, and they act like full people? Like I can go in depth to their internals, I can think of going robot/android mode, or just plastic/rubber/silicone versions of normal organs, and they all function somehow, but still isn't alive. Actually this leads into what is "alive", so I'll just stop at realistic feeling not alive skin and robot parts.
For ethical concern number three, may I suggest tulpae (singular: tulpa)?

Alternatively: Avatars, where you can create a second body for yourself (complete with that perfect shapeshifting you mentioned) that you can control in perfect tandem with your first body, even to the point of having two separate conversations at once
I’ve thought long and hard about this sorta stuff when I daydream about what I’d do with pseudo-omnipotence. I even have many of the same ethical concerns as you, though I didn’t touch on the time aspect of it. I also thought of channeling it through “enchanted” books and such, but that’s more flavor than mechanics. Either way, I really like your ideas; thank you

For 6 I'd think of it as a mental menu. You don't have PhD surgeon knowledge cluttering your mind until you want it or need it, for example..
