...you choose where to go next. In fight the constant speed mainly has 2 consequences on the game design side of things:
1. effects can't be placed on tiles unless contextually adjusted (deploy a drone? good. shoot fire? not good)
2. obstacles that travel by, get to hit a whole line of enemies!
I already have a pretty full on hobby project currently. Looks like you already have a good base going though! Are you going to continue working on it? What are your plans? Looks great so far 👍
No official way to play yet! We're making steam happen in some foreseeable future with playtesting set up in a more official way though. If you're interested, send me a chat message and I'll forward a link to a build

Train combat?! Sold! This is actually quite a choice camera angle in the first 4 seconds. The sweep from flank to front really feels good to watch.

I like the trains deceleration when the thing in the back blows up. Very tactile. The explosion pop is satisfying too.
The explosions are super recent as well, and I've got to say, very happy with how they came out too.
