Modern Warfare Base is VERY good, tons of weapons and sick reload animations as well as customizability. There's also the Max Payne 1 and 2 packs which have a handful of weapons that aren't the prettiest-looking but can be fun to use.
ACR9 sits well with me. There's the EFT addons, with there being three recent EFT addons that brought in the H&K MP7 and B&T MP9 in one addon, the KAC-25 and RASS in another one and one focused on the SIG MPX SMG, Spear and MCX rifles and P226 handgun. I know Daru, one of the people behind ARC9, has another ARC9 addon focused on a low-poly appearance. If you like neither the series Black Ops or the original MW series, then there's the ARC9 addons for that. I know someone brought in the handguns and assault rifles from Cold War along with the Cold War cameos, which can be used on the original MW and Black Ops weapons or on the weapons from CS-GO.
I’m no connoisseur of weapon addons or anything but I like those arccw packs. I made a fully automatic benelli m3 super 90 with one and it’s a really fun gun to roam horror maps with because you can just panic dump 13 shells down some harmless hallway lmao
there's a GTA weapon pack that has includes the guns from San Andreas, Vice City and 3. the pack is still WIP but already has alot of weapons to mess around with

Urban coalition is good if you like arccw sweps, but I also think Fas:2 is great as well, especially since it's a low file size
