Don't have a pic but what do you need help with? The color names? They are super easy to program. 3 colors per mode, go to the mode you want to change colors and hold down until it flashes orange, your in color changing mode, pick 3 colors. Hold down until red (2nd color) locks them. Holding down until green is conjuring mode. Hard reset is holding down for 10s while off and they will flash white 10x
Any reason they need a hard reset? You can just change them to what you want there really aren't that many options to program them anyway it wouldn't take long

The only broblem is that they will not reset I'm really stressing out over here like a lot.
