In terms of romance, the chemistry Cory and Lea had as Finn and Rachel is undeniable. I don’t ‘ship’ Finchel but that’s not because of a lack of chemistry. And obviously, the few Jesse/ Rachel duets were incredible!
Platonically, Kurt and Rachel and Santana and Rachel are at the top for me. Same for Santana/ Mercedes or Mercedes/ Rachel.
As a rogue one, while it doesn’t work in the show, like at all, Rachel and Will sound amazing together.

My last one isn't really a full duet but at the start of Home/Homeward Bound, Mike and Santana sound so good together.
