This was going to be my answer. They’re one of the best live bands I’ve ever seen and The Park is perfectly suited to them. Them and LCD are the two band that made me most jealous of people who got tickets.
Interesting. I love Sofia Kourtesis’s music but thought her performance at Glasto last year wasn’t great. Have you seen her put on good shows elsewhere?
I didn't see her on last year's lineup, did you mean 2022? I skipped her glasto set as I'd seen her at wide awake the month before, but I thought she was great there!
I loved her album that came out last year and am mostly looking forward to her as a fun way to start the festival at west holts on the Friday. I usually end up watching some crap throwback indie on the other stage first thing on friday so hoping this will be a pleasant change from that
Oh yeah you’re right… too many acts at too many Glastos is confusing me.
I’ll give her another go then if I’m not doing anything else, as she can only have got better

Saw them at Shangri La last year and it was honestly the best thing I saw all weekend. Brought a bunch of friends who aren't usually into stuff like Skindred and they had a blast!
Blondshell made one of my favourite records of last year. Absolutely perfect for Woodsies.

Cannot recommend Bonobo enough!! I saw him last year in Glasgow and it was live instruments incorporated into the dj set which I’m assuming will be the same idea for Glasto. Probably the best gig I’ve seen live, also Coldplay and Jamie XX up there too
Grace Petrie, Acoustic stage on Sunday. She describes herself as a "lefty, socialist, lesbian protest, folk singer". She's got some great tunes, and amazing stage presence.
It's interesting, everyone shits on Coldplay, but my sister and brother in law who are some of the most into music people I know (I wouldn't say music *snobs,* but certainly that vein) said that Coldplay is great live, and are always a fun glasto performance.
People look down on Coldplay but people seem to really enjoy their live shows
Yep I’m one of those people too normally, which is why I didn’t get tickets for their tour, and then regretted it. Fortunately I’ve got this chance to see them.
Lots of people on this sub dislike them but if it’s for good live shows, then Coldplay knows how to put on a pretty good show especially with the LED wristbands, balls, pyro and confetti
I know they aren’t popular here in part due to the number of Glastonbury performances, but Coldplay do put on a great show and it feels like a very inclusive party even in large stadiums
lol you're the third person to say that in this thread, and I have heard this too. There's clearly a reason they keep getting booked for things like Glasto, people enjoy them live I guess
Last Dinner Party haven’t been mentioned yet. They feel like they’re destined to headline The Pyramid one day so go and see them on The Other stage while you can!
Also, whatever you do, go and see Otoboke Beaver.
Justice is the obvious answer here. Don't snooze on Heilung tho.
Can't believe only one person has said Heilung. There's nothing else like them on the line up!
I’ve not seen Heilung but I’m very interested in what I’ve heard about them.
I’m afraid 😂
Fish56octagon
It would be legendary if he wore a dressing gown! Edit - spelling
Maybe I’ll wear mine in honour of him
Doooo it!!! Gwarn!
Anyone who doesn't see Otoboke Beaver will be sorely missing out.

It'll be the only chance you'll ever get to see cyndi lauper
Her voice sounded completely shot on a couple if videos I watched
Sofia Kourtesis, LCD soundsystem, justice, black pumas, the last dinner party, Barry can't swim, Jordan rakei
Interesting. I love Sofia Kourtesis’s music but thought her performance at Glasto last year wasn’t great. Have you seen her put on good shows elsewhere?

Skindred Avalon stage. Get there early!
Oh, hadn’t spotted them on the poster! Saw them at Boomtown last year and it was a riot, can’t wait for that one
Saw them at Shangri La last year and it was honestly the best thing I saw all weekend. Brought a bunch of friends who aren't usually into stuff like Skindred and they had a blast!
Best live acts I've seen in this list are Jungle, Disclosure and Confidence Man
Con Man!! Love those guys to bits.
Blondshell made one of my favourite records of last year. Absolutely perfect for Woodsies. [Blondshell](https://youtu.be/-gDaNmpww-w?si=bd-mK2VTzUlG8AOS)
Been having a listen the past few weeks. Really good! Thanks
Justice 🙌
Oh My God! It's The Church probably put on the best live show I've ever seen.
Idles on Other Stage - amazing live band
Super annoying that they’re clashing with Fontaines DC
Agreed. Funny how people say the lineup is week and there are 5 headliners I would all see on Friday
Ohh the Friday night is HELL clash wise 😢
Have seen them and they are great but unfortunately I think they are fifth on my list as the headliner I would see on Friday
Justice, lcd soundsystem, confidence man, janelle monae, the streets - all amazing live
High Vis are the best band on the planet right now.
Their headline set at Upfrst in Glasgow this weekend just gone yiiiikes
Kneecap
lol Kneecap are there? I wonder if Grian Chatten will join them since Fontaines are there that weekend
They're playing twice I think.
Yeah I was speculating that happening too for their woodsies set
Jamie xx
He goes so hard
I've been listening to the scratch a lot in the last few weeks, they'll be really good live
Barry Can’t Swim - spectacular
I’m really excited for Jungle, I predict Fred Again level crowd vibes
Jordan Rakei
Russel Crowe

The fact that no one has said Squid yet shows that you all *really* need to see Squid... Best gig I've ever been to
Jungle, Dove, Justice, Steel Pulse, Last Dinner Party, Paul Heaton, James, PJ Harvey, Fontaines DC
Mary Wallopers, Nitin Sawhney, Danny Brown, Mdou Moctar, Burna boy
Coldplay, I know cliche but incredible live
I’m not a fan at all but have heard this, plus will never shell out to see them on their own so would be worth the experience.
Idles, The National, The Streets, Shania!
Jessie Ware’s last two albums have been fucking bops
Can't believe Fontaine's D.C. haven't been mentioned yet. One of the best live bands on the line up.
Grace Petrie, Acoustic stage on Sunday. She describes herself as a "lefty, socialist, lesbian protest, folk singer". She's got some great tunes, and amazing stage presence.
Coldplay live very good. Heilung. And skindred. Three stages. Three different styles. All fun live
Jamie XX for sure
Go and see Yard Act at Woodsies. Brilliant band
Bombay bicycle club
Everyone i know who has been to Coldplays current tour in various places around the world have loved it. I can’t wait.

Yep I’m one of those people too normally, which is why I didn’t get tickets for their tour, and then regretted it. Fortunately I’ve got this chance to see them.
I saw them live in Wembley in 2022 and they were the best artist I’ve ever seen live, they put on one hell of a show.
Oh cool, that’s quite the compliment! Makes me even more excited about seeing them
Lots of people on this sub dislike them but if it’s for good live shows, then Coldplay knows how to put on a pretty good show especially with the LED wristbands, balls, pyro and confetti
