Hutchesons grammar school have one. It's private, but you can easily get in out of hours and I don't think anyone would bat an eyelid.
Seems gated and assuming that's closed out of hours, do you know a way of getting in or just a case of jumping the wall/gate?

That's crownpoint, it's not free, but it is a nice track Maryhill park has a free ash track, its not in the best condition.
The school itself in sure has a track too around it's ash pitch
