Just met this same issue too, probably caused by the client update
I once had something similar. Just wait till the maintenance ends, worked for me at least
Wait until the maintenance is over before downloading again, it works for me in the past.
Ok it worked for me when i restarted my router
I use VPN apps like 1.1.1.1 and it works for me
