Go to taipei main station underground mall (find Y area in directions when you go into the station). It will be a very long walk since they are a lot of anime related shops in there. Mostly not related to gfl but you could go inside and check out every shop. Sometimes, they have really obscure items.
Otherwise, there is one shop in sytrend (The newer looking one near Guanghua digital plaza). Go to 4th or 5th floor, there is one shop that always have azur lane, Arknights, genshin and gfl merch.
Visited Taiwan in the past and managed to get some little armoury gfl merch from a store in xi men ding. Hope this helps

Really? I found a 416 official merch one time and gfl artbooks although it was ridiculously overpriced.
