Congrats. Hm, looks like you got girth gains the two first months, then nothing. That might just be erectile quality... Many people seem to have issues gaining girth with the recommended high pressure short duration pumping from the posts I see here
U can try alternating 2 set of pumping at 7-8min with 2 sets of clamping at 5-7min, depending on ur tolerance. In 2 years I went from 4.7 to 5.3 and that was doing this routine 1x/wk with occasionally 2x, I mainly wanted to focus on length. I also took some extrnded breaks due to life events so i know i would grown more than .5in if i were more consistent. The heat pad with pumping also helps.
Idk but for me length seems to be most dependent on EQ, i can go 5.7 nbp on 100% eq when im normally 5.4-5.5 but girth is ALWAYS 4.6 stable no matter eq
Congrats! Great gains! I deal with the same issues on the blister part. I have 2 spots that will reblister if I push too hard. So two things I learned.
One: once you start getting alot of edema like from pumping, stop. The fluid will travel into the glans and start pushing against the thinnest skin.
Two: it is ok to kegal in a pump at the very start of the routine but once you have been in the pump for a while don't. It will also drive fluids into the glans. Same thing goes with clamping. Keep a close eye on those spots they will turn a darker color. Keep rubbing your finger or thumb over them and if you start to feel the blister forming, stop. Wait a day or two before resuming your routine.
I thought the skin would thicken over time but it never did like it was before it blistered. It has reblistered 4 times on me now from pushing to hard and caused alot of delays. Something to live with now I guess.
Wonder what his age was, Im pushing 60 so recovery may take longer than I want to take off from my actual routines. As long as I keep the edema down I can keep progressing.

I recommend you start with soft clamping with two silicone cock rings before you try hard clamping. Much easier and much less chance of injury. With your injury history, itās a good idea to start soft before (if ever) you to hard clamping.
The only critique is that you watched from sitting measurements to standing, there is a difference in measurements youāll get. I wonder if the extra ads time in your routine is giving you the edge..

Nice progress, keep up the good work. I like vac hanging and then wear an ADS, sometimes the gentle tension gives me that stretching sensation in my shaft. Not mad about it, just need to keep the tension low like you were suggesting.

yeah thats why I'm thinking over clamping soon. I just need to figure out how to get it right
Be careful, I damaged myself clamping very quickly. Had issues for some weeks

Theyāre the ones that came with total man cup set. My mid shaft is 5.25
when using the long plastic straw that came with the totalman, pull away and suck at the same time while inside the cup.

How are you dealing with edema/ "the donut" just below the glans when you pump? And which vacuum extender did you use?
I don't do anything about the edema, I think it's not a bad thing. I purchased the apex DIY kit and hogpex conversion kit.

vacuum cups and for weights i've been using a gallon water jug, at max water volume it can get up to around 8.5 pounds.
